Bro said I’m gonna keep it cheap. And immediately brought out 500 custom parts. That most likely will cost a ridiculous amount of money to get. On top of getting lego mini figures to begin with
Just curious... Am I supposed to upgrade a Lego army out of thin air? The idea is you probably have some of the figures so you can try making your own purist customs which costs nothing additional. And the alternate builds don't cost anything if you already have the set. Yeah I introduced some custom stuff but none of it besides the full custom figs goes over $3 (I also said you don't need a lot of custom figs in your army)
@@LEGOEmpireOfficial when it comes to the custom blasters and everything you most likely are getting them from brick arms and those alone cost anywhere from five dollars plus any shipping. you shamelessly plugged your own helmets that don’t look that good. And yes, you can make custom weapons with extra parts. I have more than enough personal extra parts That I can make brick build weapons so there’s no problem with that. But overall what you’re suggesting is still expensive. Because legos themselves are extremely expensive.
@@1PaulAnthony I sell custom blasters for $0.5-$1 each on my store, I never suggested that anyone should or shouldn't get them for $5+ I included a few brick built blasters but overall I prefer custom ones which is why I have more of them in the video. Obviously they're a great alternative for anyone who wants to be more creative or who can't afford custom blasters. And yeah, making purist customs has been an affordable way of getting new figures in LEGO for years. Keep in mind this video is for UPGRADING armies, not for building them. The assumption is you have some troopers and figs ready to go, so swapping them shouldn't cost anything additional. And yes I plugged my own helmets because it's my own video and they are miles better than the newer official ones as well as more accessible than some older official ones. Do you want me to brick build helmets too? I wanted to include many different types of upgrades, some can't be built out of pre-existing parts, and if you can't afford custom parts that's totally okay, still wanted to include them in the video!
I personally like the Lego Branded Storm Trooper Helmets and am usually an official Lego Purist but the Class oriented Storm Troopers with special weapons and colored pauldrons is pretty impressive along with the Imperial Riot Trooper and Imperial Flame Trooper. Just a nice little sprinkle of these guys would go a long way. ill def grab a few of these mods when they become available. The Stacked Tantive IV is pretty neat too. A lot more battle options with two of these stacked.
@@LEGOEmpireOfficial One additional observation is a lot of first order lego stuff goes for significantly cheaper on ebay than you would think! There loss is my gain I guess lol.
@JV-cz7db It's meant to "upgrade" your army so you can have some troops different than others, obviously you want the bulk of your army to be plain stormtroopers.
I'm at the part with the cadet trooper. Even if these figure pieces are rare, all you'll need is 1 piece of that figure piece. Where I'm getting at it is, you could still have multiples of the helmets by using silicone, as long as you won't sell them, of course.
5:00 I actually did a similar thing with the Luke Skywalker darktrooper hallway set, but the bottom was the inside of the old Rouge one Scarf base bunker
Helmets are not released yet! For more news on the helmets check out my IG page, Galactic Empire Customs. There's a post explaining the details and I will be posting news on there about the big release on my site!
Depends on the color of the pauldron the stormtrooper is wearing. Orange pauldrons are used by commanders and captains. Red pauldrons are used by commanders and occasionally by heavy weapons stormtroopers. White pauldrons are used by sergeants. Blue pauldrons are used by snipers, albeit rarely. Black pauldrons are used by a variety from lieutenants to enlisted to heavy gunners.
I used the ones with logos in the video because I like them! But I also have the plain, accurate ones on my store and totally understand why you'd prefer those, I do too sometimes :)
@LEGOEmpireOfficial Ah, that's fair. I thought you only had the ones with the cogs, which is why I was confused. The ones with the cogs do look cool, but I don't think I'd personally ever get them since I prefer the more accurate blank color pauldrons myself.
The helmets are affordable, and the purist custom figs as well as alternate builds are free if you already have them. Not to mention some of the custom accessories are around $1 each, like the printed shields and officer caps.

Why are so many people complaining its not that expensive
Bro you made them look fake
I thought pauldrons signified rank. Or is that only for Roblox games?
Yes, it is rank and/or their specialty. It can be both!
Depends on the color of the pauldron the stormtrooper is wearing.
Orange pauldrons are used by commanders and captains.

Black pauldrons are used by a variety from lieutenants to enlisted to heavy gunners.
Why do all of your pauldrons have Imperial cogs on them? Most stormtrooper pauldrons only have the blank color with no additional markings.
I used the ones with logos in the video because I like them! But I also have the plain, accurate ones on my store and totally understand why you'd prefer those, I do too sometimes :)
