Tiff, you are living the life I always wanted to. I am so happy for you and proud of you. I miss Charity Lake so much and will always cherish the memories I have with my dad there growing up. I saw Chris in the truck on the video, at least Ithought it was him, and Im like, oh There is Chris! Miss you all and your folks so much. Hell, I miss the hometown we grew up in. I am going to try to go to the Lake on Saturday and pay my respects to Dad. I should stop in and see your pops. I love your folks home. Dad always told me about how he would go there and watch the hummingbirds.
Oh, Staci. I think my dad misses your dad quite a lot. If they weren't sitting out in the yard telling stories, they were talking on the phone. It's been hard on dad to lose such a close friend. I bet he’d love to see you.
Ha! Gettin' it done before I have to leave! My mom hates magnets now, though. They are, apparently, very challenging to sew around on a machine that has so many ferromagnetic parts. 😂
Thanks, Sue. I'm hoping I can put the screens on and leave them, and then put the privacy covers on over the screens when I need them. We'll see. I'm still waiting on the bias tape I ordered before we can finish the privacy covers.
You’ve been busy. Glad you’ve found a good muzzle. We went through that search many years ago with one of our little ones. We’re still treading water down here from more rounds of storms. They’ve closed the Sam Houston National Forest and the Lone Star Trail for two years due to the storm and flood damage. Stay safe out there! Cheers!✌️
@@lovedogsontheloose That’s about 200 miles south of us so we missed that. The CT is still happening. I’ll be leaving here on July 8th to stash my truck in Durango then flying to Denver.

Hi Tif, just wanted to say that your posts are giving me a new appreciation of (well trained) off leash dogs. I'm also learning a lot about muzzles and I'm in awe of your training and perseverance with Jaffy. It made me smile when you turned around to look at the drone, and Jaffy immediately stopped and turned to see what you were concerned about 🐕🦺♥
Thank you. I really appreciate that. They're fairly well trained (I try), but I would still 100% leash them immediately if there were people around that they didn't know and/or if we were in a more populated area. Japhy especially requires far more nuance in approach than most people understand. And I'm also just very aware of how dogs can impact others' experiences outdoors. I try VERY hard to be respectful of everyone while also advocating for my dogs and giving them the best life I can. If I can help at all with regard to muzzle info, just let me know. I'm learning, too. But I'm still in awe of how much more positive our experience has been now that we have a muzzle that fits Japhy properly. I'm really impressed with The Muzzle Movement.
