It fixed my problem, but once you are connected with your phone and have an ethernet connection with your phone, there is no need to download the driver yourself: Just open device-manager again and scan for changed hardware, windows will then install the fitting driver for you

@@leengkhiam1963 I installed a software called Driver Pack. If you have same Problem so simply Install this software And run it would take some time But it would fix automatically every problem that your system have And it may install few apps Which you can uninstall after
