  • A leatherback sea turtle has been returned to the ocean after becoming stranded on a mudflat in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. It took dozens of volunteers from three conservation organisations to free the 270kg reptile. After a health assessment confirmed the disorientated turtle was in good health, it was released to cheers from the crowd of volunteers. The turtle was fitted with a tracking device that will monitor its migration patterns over the next decade

That's the world today sadly; people are more concerned for their likes on social media than helping a living being that's in need.

Lol what, the people were the ones who helped move it to a better spot, off course they're then going to film it leaving, who hurt you !? You wouldn't want to film this amazing creature to show your kids and family ? I would. I'd also want to help but I imagine everyone would and there's only a certain number of people needed to lift.

There's an extinct species from the Cretaceous period that was 15ft long and 13ft wide! Turtles are really cool

Stay true to yourself, yet always be open to learn. Work hard, and never give up on your dreams, even when nobody else believes they can come true but you. These are not cliches but real tools you need no matter what you do in life to stay focused on your path.

Was it trying to lay eggs? Hopefully a marine biologist weighed in before y'all reversed its beaching efforts. Looked like a nice beach to lay eggs.

What they don't show you is 5 seconds after the video ends, and all the clapping and cheering, a Bull Shark ripping its head off.
