I've had the pleasure of seeing this 4 or five times. Leatherbacks lay eggs on the Florida coast. One time. The hatched turtles were confused as to which direction they should go and were headed toward the buildings. I used a flashlight to imitate the moonlight, as the moon was not out, and they turned around and headed into the water. About 60-80 of them.

I can understand wanting to document via film sea turtle hatchlings, but do NOT understand why you would be wearing a head light when the scientific literature makes clear that light (moon or sunlight) provides turtles with an orientation to get to the sea. In this video, with your headlight bearing down on them, they all seemed confused about which direction to go in to get to the sea. It seemed invasive to me.

    Two comments...
Moving the eggs to a protected nest allows more of the hatchlings to survive to reach the ocean. I participated in a volunteer trip which collected eggs to move to a protected hatchery. This meant that the nests were monitored to regulate the temperature so the eggs wouldn’t get too hot, helped to keep human poachers away, kept many animals, insects & crabs which like to feed on eggs & hatchlings away, and as the nests hatched, we guarded the hatchlings as they made their way to the sea.
My other comment is that the guy narrating this piece appears to be wearing a headlamp with a white light. One should NEVER use a white light when the hatchlings are surfacing and trying to reach the ocean at night. Nor should anyone use a white light when tracking a female sea turtle as she makes her way to lay her eggs. The white light confuses the turtles into thinking it is the moon & they may head away from the ocean. If a light is absolutely necessary, it should be red.
