- Braised Sea Cucumber with Abalone. Yes, Ah Pa is still trying to clear my fridge from the ingredients bought from CNY. Haha. Having said that, this dish itself can be very expensive at the restaurant especially during CNY, but it's actually super easy to do it at home. Do give it a try.
Ingredients:
1 sea cucumber, cut into thick slices
1 canned abalone
Some blanched broccolis
Seasonings:
Broth from the canned of abalone
Enough amount of hot water
A little bit of light soya sauce
