How do we get the last reply to an email at the top of the page rather than the bottom? This is the only thing that prevents me from using gmail in lieu of the Apple application. THanks and great job!

Hey Tasia, thank you for your video, it is great! I have a quick question. I have tried to set the "send and archive" button in my gmail but it does not appear in the emails Im sending. (So, the blue button that you show us in the video does not appear in my email after setting up the feature) Funny fact is that in my others gmails accounts, it does appear... any ideas how can I fix it??? thank you!

It is truly refreshing and helps me understand the technical tips and jargon while watching and learning from someone who is a class act. For reference, I offer the following:cheerful and full of energy. "she sounded ebullient and happy" Similar: exuberant,buoyant,cheerful, joyful. cheery, ,merry, and sunny. You are really good at what you do.
The thing I find most frustrating is that I carefully label emails (both in & out) and then the emails are gone a bit later. I tick a label expecting the relevant emails are nested under it but nothing! Zip! Nada! Zilch! Why Oh Priestess of all that's Google?

I I'm just getting started with Gmail. I'm having a problem. When I want to put a specific email into a Label- it goes into that label-great. BUT-----when I then want to delete that email from my email page, it also deletes it from the label. then I have to go into Trash to bring it back into my regular email list. I don't want to keep saving #;s of emails on my email page. After I read them but want to save it into a label -I can't delete it from the original page. HOW CAN I PUT AN EMAIL INTO A LABEL, THEN DELETE IT FROM THE EMAIL PAGE WITHOUT LOSING IT ALSO INTHE LABEL ? HEEEEEEELP !!!
