Those SCVs have always been a problem for us on our 4020. Dad has replaced every seal, O-ring in them and they still leak. We have 2 on it, one leaks, one doesn’t.
Curious with that raised bezel on that fuel gauge you didn't have no problems I just bought a sending unit for mine and still got my old fuel gauge hooked up and it shows even Fuller when the new sending unit plugged in so I'm assuming I got to match the fuel gauge up
@@radozeman I think the reason I've got a problem with my new sending unit and the the old gauge because the electrical system in 1964 he's to be positive ground I had to call today and have them send me a different one with a negative ground setup we will see here this afternoon
The leak in back, you can make a short line from 1 to the other, leaking because u use them! Not your fault , Also if you keep use them they will reseat ,Maybe.? Also they dew make them, easy as few bolts, and couple fittings and new head, then put back together! Done :) There kinda like grease fittings Leak wise :)
It will be the Cupler leaks what Is in the line I have farm do with international Harvester and John Deere both of them are the same you have to turn the is in the line I have farm do with international Harvester and John Deere both of them are the same you have to turn The Cupler off when hoses are not hooked up to it the way he has it turned now is when you have hoses hooked up to it
Is coming along great and never worked on a jd bout with most of the tractor iv worked is Ben the a rubber in the back of the hydraulic hope that might help and ps beat vid and I always like
I have a JD5510N I am fixing up. I have the identical problems!
Push them to little quarter inch bars to the left and right that shut the valve off it won’t leak after that it’s only leaking what is in the lines

Just seems odd to me they weren't leaking before or at least not much, now it is by far the worse leak on the tractor!

No, seemed to work fine.

The hydraulic remotes might need orings in the couplers but if they go from hot to cold to hot to cold a lot then they will crack
I'm thinking I'm probably going to try that first.

Might see if I can fix them first if not then I’ll try the hose trick
Keep up the good vids
They will until you turn those little bars on the bottom that basically shuts the quick coupler off
That little bar just locks the coupler for the implement in, I don’t think that helps much.

Pretty sure if I do that it makes the leak much much worse!
It will, because it will act like there is a coupler in there.
Good possibility

I'll probably see if I can get a seal kit for them then.
Can you do some more The HUNTER CALL OF THE WILD please
I plan to yes.
