Living in an age when we can use internet and technology to capture in film this moment in time when karate masters are giving their own experiences and thoughts and feelings, immortalised forever What a time to be Alive
Thank you for this series. As a practitioner of Isshinryu at a traditional Okinawan Dojo here in the United States( unfortunately rare these days)this is my favorite thing on TH-cam.
Can't wait for the next series.. this is a great video documentary about okinawan karate masters.. They all are getting older and it is great to capture them... keep it up!!

What a time to be Alive
"What a time to be Alive", but also "Use this time, while they are still alive" It really is a race against time.
Hyped for this! Thank you so much for bringing us these wonderful interviews and videos.
Great footage of great men.
Please include Master Kise,
He is a great treasure.
Thank you for your hard work.
It was a pleasure to photograph his and his son a few years ago, will do our best.

Excellent; thank you. May be M. Taira Sensei (Goju ryu) among other more obscure Sensei could be on that series.
Great suggestion!
Excellent!!!
I do Okinawa karate here in the states and it’s cool
Cant wait i thoughts it is only 1 series.
We thought we might have to stop after Series One, but we wanted to keep pushing and documenting these important cultural figures.
@@OkinawanSpirit excellent works. Keep up bro/sis!!!
👍thanks for sharing
No problem 👍
0:15...my grandmaster Toshihiro Oshiro 🙏🏽
The bo is one of my favorite weapons.
I believe Sensei Jerry Holt of isshin ryu karate would really be an excellent addition to your series....he resides in Minnesota...
If he's back training in Okinawa, we can try to set something up.
🙏
Why is there no film about Fusei Kise?
We have photographed Fusei Kise, and would like to interview him in the future if possible.
Congratulations. Set Ukrainian subtitles in the settings. I'm interested in what you're saying, but I want to know exactly what you're saying
missing more
I want karate shorien ryo such as karate shotoken in my country Egypt car l play karate shotoken but no found training wapeons in karate shotoken
Shotokan is main land karate and is different to Okinawa karate. Kobudo is traditional weapons which go hand-in hand with Okinawa karate
Any of these old guys can beat the crap out of any modern McDojo Master.
