Hi Patricia, I made this for my 1st GrandDaughter Ella (10) and she really Loved it 🥰 I’m Hoping someday she and I can crochet together using your Lovely patterns, God Bless You
You are so welcome! I started crocheting at her age...I made a granny square poncho! I have a beginner crochet series that could help her begin to learn and many of my tutorials are suited for beginners. It is a wonderful craft to learn at any age (and for boys too!)
As soon as I saw this bag, I was hooked! I love granny squares, and the colors you used are so good I'm going to make mine the same. Or as close as I can. Unless you can tell me the yarn and the colors!? Thank you so much for this tutorial! ❤️❤️ I live this so much I'll probably make one 1st with yarn I have, then get the colors you used and make another one! 😘 Thank you for givi.g us the colors❤️❤️
Wonderful! All the yarns are listed here in the blog post, not all of them are available online though... patriciafentie.com/2022/01/16/how-to-make-a-granny-square-pouch/
Thank you! This is so cute and a great way to use scrap yarn. Did I miss something? When do I turn the squares right side out? I just did it after connecting the 3 sides. Thanks!
See 2:10 in the video where the squares are placed "wrong sides" together. You are working with the right sides facing out, therefore the bag is already right side out.
This is so on- trend and beautiful. Looking forward to making one for my teen daughter. My guess is once her friends see it more will be made 😉 thanks so much for this fun and versatile project.
finally, something to hold all my dabloons in
Wonderful! I love that term...dabloons 😀
