And we literally have 4 different kinds of BBQ depending on where in the state you live. You can tell where a man in the State was raised depending on his preference for spicy, vinegar, sweet, or mustard sauce. People have been known to feud where these territories meet. My dad said exactly the same thing the first time my mom put it on the table. Of course he had raised dairy cattle. My mom milked a cow until I was in high school. I remember coming home from my first day of school and telling my mom they gave us bad milk. She explained there is a difference between raw and pasteurized milk.

Actually ( according to my dietician) real butter is better for you if you get the unsalted version, because the fats in butter are naturally eliminated from the body where the fats in margarine are not.
Well when you consider there is only 1 molecule different between that and plastic no wonder why it's better nothing produces. More healthy food than old school tastes a lot better too

Salted or not doesn't make any difference. You get the sodium in your diet regardless. That said, I make my own ghee and NEVER use the salted for that, as all the salt congeals in the foam. BTW, has anyone else ever experienced that there are no thin dieticians? I'm sure they exist but I've probably met 100 of them and none of them looks like anyone should ever take their advice.

My roommate went crazy at Costco years ago and bought a gallon (?) sized bucket of "i can't believe it's not butter" he moved out about a year later stating i could keep the margarine and i said " I can't believe it's still in there"
