Jess is one of *those* people who makes me wonder how am I severely self-aware to a fault but there’s people like this who have clearly never been self-aware in their life
I can’t stand how much she lies. She knew everything that was being built around her. The casino was like 4 years in the making they only stopped for a while because of COVID. How did she not know yet my husband worked on her house and he knew everything that was being built around the area. Oh yea and the fact that she is moving her parents into the garage wow. She has 10 acres and can’t build a guest house

It’s the hallmark of a family vlogger even the ones who claim to be christians. I think it’s crazy because her mom sacrificed a huge chunk of her house to accommodate 4 of her grandkids and allowed her to have her own living space. It had a living, kitchen, dining area then 3 bedrooms. I think her parents deserve the free rent for what they have done for her since she was a teenager. She’s beyond weird and hasn’t matured past the age of 13. I kinda blame her mom for that.

The zoo info was released in 2021. They proposed to move and expand the old zoo to this new area. So she would have known about it.
They released they were looking to move in 2018... she moved there in 2020 and they released it was elk grove in 2021 so technically she found out after. But the casino was in the works for years before she moved in so her not knowing that was her fault for not researching.
She had to have known about the zoo. It has been talked about for years! It’s just an excuse for her. 🤦🏽♀️

We went to our local grocery store, beer store & liquor store and asked if they had boxes… we moved our entire house with them and it cost us absolutely nothing 😂
We had our kitchen stuff in Jack Daniels boxes but whatever 🤣

Moving every few years is not good for the children because they do not get stability. They make friends and then move away from them. The children are moved from pillar to post.

It’s 4 bedroom on 10 acres and they are putting bedrooms up in the attic area.

They are also converting half the garage for her mother and stepdad

I live in Elk Grove and the zoo and casino has been planned for at least 8 to 10 years. Also there is no where in Wlk Grove that has that much land within her school district.

“My son’s love soccer, so we have to buy a new house that has a yard big enough for a soccer field…duh”! She’s ridiculous! I don’t want to see her flaunt her new house that she gets because so many people fall for her stupid mommy vlogger crap, and believe that’s he’s actually being real. Most of us are just trying to get by. I’ve been trying to afford to move closer to family and friends who can help while I have another big surgery, but 2 bedroom apartments are outrageous! I can’t pay 800 bucks for a basic 3 bedroom in a crappy neighborhood. She’s moving because she wants to pretend she didn’t know a casino and zoo was being built. Like Josh said, it’s not like those things are just randomly built, it takes years of planning, all available to the public if they make the choice to look. My son would love being close to a zoo! I don’t care what she does. She’s never going to stop dressing like a teenager because she still acts like one!

Common sense would of told her that if there is bare land w no crops on it, most likely it'll be developed, especially in Ca. Finding out how the land by her was zoned would of given a huge clue to how it would be used. The casino was nothing new. That was developed and in the works prior to her building that cookie cutter home.

My FIL decided to make his own damn zoo 😅 goats, a mini horse, a mini donkey, now chickens and a emu. My kids absolutely love it.
