  • Welcome to Lisbon and the serene live-work home of design duo, Garcé & Dimofksi.
Housed within the historic bones of a 19th century Pombaline-style apartment, it manages to exist outside of time, the living embodiment of their earthy yet opulent aesthetic.
Keen eyes will notice an assortment of vintage treasures, custom creations, and bespoke artworks - all of which celebrate the power of the hands and locally sourced materials.
Join us for the tour of this spectacular home, as seen in Architectural Digest.

This space is so fresh and really inspiring. I especially enjoyed the dark red corridor. What a clever way to link spaces so unexpectedly with such arresting effect. The kitchen tiles again are such an unexpected choice and made me really take notice. I loved all the small details and found this whole clip full of new design ideas that are really ahead of the times. Wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing and bringing these creative peoples vision to my attention.

I love the stone and ceramic especially in the master bathroom. I enjoyed seeing the work of local artists and crafts people and the “light of Lisbon.”

Hats off to the architect and designers, is a tasteful house, but in the same time it looks rather like a museum than a home.

If you understand this video is an ad for their design business then it makes sense.

I appreciate the natural and locally sourced materials but the design is quite jarring.
The primary bed would be so uncomfortable to get up from, for anyone over 35. The guest bed frame with the oversized stone legs is ugly.
To me it is more a gallery than a comfortable home. Galleries are lovely to visit but not to live in.

Actually most cultures in the world people sleep close to the ground.
People roll off the bed, sit cross legged then stand up.
Also if you think it’s normal to deteriorate in health using the age of 35 as a yardstick you are seriously misled 🥲
