So inspiring. So modern. So interesting. Beautiful couple. 💯
Would have loved to see more of the home than the plates and table setting.
She's promoting her design 😅
The title should’ve probably been different, “Step Inside Zoe de Givenchy’s modernist LA Home” 😅
So many moving elements and so much room for error, but she makes it work and the results look effortless. No sets of things; nothing precisely matches, but everything relates.
Lovely home!
Truly! 🤎
💛💛💛💛💛🗽🇺🇸
Is this the triplex?
Imagine how much it sways in the wind in that penthouse! Luckily no one will ever live there as these buildings are just tax shelters
*Imagine living "above the clouds" in this modern Mt. Olympus ... only to then descend daily to the sh^t-and-p^ss streets of NYC.*
Beautiful and full of personality of the home owner! I love all details and design ❤❤❤❤❤
Mine
So beautiful ! I love it !
I love the stone and ceramic especially in the master bathroom. I enjoyed seeing the work of local artists and crafts people and the “light of Lisbon.”
If you understand this video is an ad for their design business then it makes sense.
I appreciate the natural and locally sourced materials but the design is quite jarring. The primary bed would be so uncomfortable to get up from, for anyone over 35. The guest bed frame with the oversized stone legs is ugly. To me it is more a gallery than a comfortable home. Galleries are lovely to visit but not to live in.
Actually most cultures in the world people sleep close to the ground. People roll off the bed, sit cross legged then stand up. Also if you think it’s normal to deteriorate in health using the age of 35 as a yardstick you are seriously misled 🥲
Just about my favorite in that neighbourhood. 605 m² across 2 floors, so the floors are kind of "cozy" in size, but 360º views. the advantage of 2 floors for the same surface as in a girthier tower, is that you get more rooms facing North. You can have your living room, master bedroom, master bathroom and office all face the prized Central Park view. To the city-south, you get a building-wide balcony (can't really call it a terrace) and two extra rooms. One could be a little gym if going downstairs isn't worth the pre-shower and dress-up, or just a longer static bike or skate plank slide workout. Which might as well be on the balcony, I guess. For the floor space, you get a proper amount of windows. I'd looooove to live here, and before breakfast warm up a bit in the downstairs gym then head out for a loop run of the park, a calm walk back to the tower and then...the stairs 300 meters up, 12-20 minutes depending on fitness. A cold fruit and protein shake on the blacony to cool off, and then the shower and breakfast. What a start to the day! Working from home should be great. And colleagues happily come to your place, punctually, to have meetings.
Beautiful!!
This space is so fresh and really inspiring. I especially enjoyed the dark red corridor. What a clever way to link spaces so unexpectedly with such arresting effect. The kitchen tiles again are such an unexpected choice and made me really take notice. I loved all the small details and found this whole clip full of new design ideas that are really ahead of the times. Wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing and bringing these creative peoples vision to my attention.
We're so glad you enjoyed it. You can discover more of Garcé & Dimofski's work here: theinvisiblecollection.com/products-category/designer/garce-dimofski/
Jazzy vibes ❤
Wonderful !
Wow! They are very talented!
wow!! magnificent house!
Hats off to the architect and designers, is a tasteful house, but in the same time it looks rather like a museum than a home.
Wonderful! Нет слов.Это прекрасно
Truly 🤎 One of the most beautiful homes we've ever visited.
Interesting, I speak with a New York accent - please let me know if you'd like me to narrate London real estate videos 😂
Many people around the world intuitively touch to check for their wallet when they hear a New York accent, though... Would you want a NY accent real estate agent telling you that it's totally a 66 million pad? ;-)
These tall skinny buildings look a bit off. I can't put my finger on it but would not want to live in one unless i was maybe on the 10th floor.
At the 10th, you'd be next to the core where it gets most of the torsion from winds and seismic activity. Might get loud. Also , you'll not have a better view than in most streets on the 2nd floor.
This skyscraper is so thin that you couldn't believe is resistant and can survive earthquakes too. But I imagine it's really so. I would be scared either way😂. I suppose it has been built only with steel supports and very resistant materials.
The core itself isn't all that skinny and with the tall ceiling, the mass isn't too insane either, I'd guess.
so from $100m down to $66m and then sold for $47m. that's how it works
NYC post-2020 and all the crime, filth, high taxes and looming bankruptcy hits hard even the super rich. US cities in blue states are self-imploding
I'm all for it. I'd love for more people to have access to this living experience. Maybe a halving doesn't impact many purchase choices, but it probably adds a lot of potential buyer.
I hope the Russian oligarch who buys this property puts gold leaf on everything and fills it with Baroque furniture. They always go that Winter Palace theme.
Looks boring.
Thank you. You agree with me the King has no clothes.
Make sure trillionaire me
This isn't even close to the top floor....
Seems it's got the highest occupied floor. Above there will be the dynamic mass damper and a steel construction to funish off the sculpture. You won't find a powder room or even a mediation pillow about this apartment. Between top residential floor and top of the building there is 100 meters, but to call them "floors" would be a stretch. There will be places for engineers to walk to service the mass damper, for sure. Doubt there is even a portapotty up there.
Where can I see more of this?
It's in our Parisian gallery: 20 Rue Amelie. Come visit us when you're next in the city :)
The sofa against that wallpaper a bit much for me but I could edit the look and do something with it.
