I totally noticed from the beginning that you had slowed your roll with your video filming speed. Great job and steady hand! Thank you for your balanced presentation of this home. 😅 Thanks always for all the great information.
PS, this home is in pristine condition, not a ding anywhere (weekend use only, but still… these folks clearly care for their property). I’m wondering if you can do a future show regarding profitability in renting a home in the villages as a rental/Airbnb/other. It seems that there are a lot of rentals that aren’t getting filled now. Epic amount of MLS listings right now for TV homes for sale. Thank you again, and as always, I recommend this Channel to anyone who wants an accurate review of property in TV.
@@craighecker7021 because you may like the location of this one better than the new one. There are a lot of reasons why people choose preowned homes over new ones.
I will chime in regarding the garage. I need that extra space to accommodate our daily driver, my Mustang convertible toy and a golf cart. I also would also like a high ceiling to have hanging storage racks.
The garage is definitely a big selling point for many people. Just about every couple I work with the first thing the husband wants to see is the garage. Lol
I know it might look like that but once you get finished with all of the monthly expenses, to keep a home, including utilities, taxes, insurance, and the cost to sell a home, it might not be as much profit as you think.
Beautiful home. Would be interested in what day/time you are filming ( ex. 7am on a Sunday, vs. 4pm on a Tues) , and to stay outside a bit (quietly) so we could just listen to the road noise (not a complaint, just a want) . Could hear more from the front than the back as it was, but that's usually what I'm trying to gather. And if any power lines. Great job with all of your videos. Happy New Year!
@@reginarusso6037 if that’s something you’re looking for give me a call and I can do a FaceTime video tour with you. It’s not practical to do that in a home tour video.
"Going to the garage "gentlemen"?! WT.... I missed the memo. Was I supposed to pay attention to the kitchen?? Only 1/2 kidding but it did hit a small nerve. 2 car and golf cart garage a must. Will a Toyota Tundra fit into these garages?
So even if they make $50,000 that's still pretty good. Btw, that home was never lived in. No one commutes from West Palm to the villages on the weekends.
When you said homeowner is responsible for wall maintenance. Do you mean if retaining wall begins to fall/fail Owner has to repair it at there expense…
I really like the Ottowa plan. However, I'm old school on the kitchen island. I prefer the 2 levels with the bar height. The better to hide the contents of your sink or the drainboard next to the sink. This house is 18 miles closer to Disney World than mine. 53 minutes. That could be a feature to promote.
I prefer the two-level bar height (#3 from the video) also. My kitchen re-modeler just told me that style is out of date, but can do whatever I want. 🤣
Really nice, love the separate coffee nook l Happy New Year Robyn !!
Same to you!
Love it
Happy New Year!
Thank you for the counter height info! Helpful!
Glad it was helpful!
Beautiful home!
Thank you!
Really nice home! Love the kitchen, views and privacy! Happy 2025!, 😊🎉🎉😊❤❤
Thanks so much! 😊

The "shrewdies" from West Palm waited a year to dump it for a quick $100,000 in profit.🤑

Absolutely. You are spot on.

No, the price is in the video

Men have a thing about garages. I didn’t mean to offend it was supposed to be funny.
@Robyncavallaro No offense taken, seriously. But I do plan to tape off my garage space in our Villages house the day we settle.😊
Is that a swamp in the backyard?
In Florida we call that a Marsh or Preserve :)
Stick with preserve it will help you sell more.

I did not say they commuted. The used it on the weekends.

Property tax is going to be over $9000!
Yes taxes add up. That’s what you’ll find when taxes and any of the new construction as well. In a home that cost that much money.
That is the most cookie cutter ,standard crap the builder can put in there. Sad sad be a clone and buy in the villages. 👎
Thank you for watching
Overpriced
