The Nether is already a dangerous place, but I added demons, devils, and a whole slew of new bosses and dungeons to make it the most fiery dangerous dimension Minecraft has ever seen!

At 2:06:57 you say that frostwalker is useless in the nether, this is partially true because there is no water to freeze but the frostwalker enchantment also keeps you from taking dammage from magma. so you can walk over magma without crouching constantly.

Those fruits you found early on are all based on real world fruits. Rhambutans, Buddha’s Hand Citrus, and Dragon Fruit (Pitaya) are all real, though without those magic affects of course. Technically only pitaya is a cactus fruit. Rhambutans only have a spiky outer husk that isn’t eaten (though I like the flavor of Steve just eating the spiky bits as well becuase he can lol).
This is a super cool modpack so far! I think I may need to look into playing it myself once it gets released.

More accurately, rhambutans or “rambutans” outer husk don’t have spikes that are hard and sharp as it usually implies rather they’re soft. The “rambut” from “rambutan” is Malay for hair. So it’s describe as a hairy fruit. The insides are very sweet and people say there’s not really any close comparison.

Mobs don't pathfinder over minecart rails. I always put those in front of my doors so I can put pressure plates on both sides and still keep the mobs out

The ironic part of this video is when you say 'hivemind' and that was from the 100 days in a skulk apocalypse which is a huge coincidence because the 100 days in a skulk apocalypse was the first video of yours that I watched. I realized that you named your bow the 'L-bow' truly a classic.

I don’t remember which Legundo video was my first, but I remember that I was hooked. I have watched so many of these hundred days, sometimes back to back. The storytelling is incredible! Thank you Gundo.

Next time you use sophisticated backpacks, I REALLY recommend making upgrades.
the pick up upgrade (and its upgraded version, the magnet upgrade) is just nice QoL and the stack upgrades are OVERPOWERED

We need a Nether Encroachment mod :( Where opening Nether Portals will risk causing.... problems.
That would be cool but only if there’s some way to stop/limit it. Having nether block/mobs/stuff constantly spawning would be so annoying, and any mod that makes naturally occurring nether portals would basically be incompatible with the mod unless there’s some work around
idk why i can never fully *watch* a video from this man i always keep it as background noise, and look, i only do that with music because i cant really focus on so much stuff but i guess his tone and way of speaking is so relaxing to my brain that i can hear everything he says, keep track of what hes doing and at the same time actively do other stuff without exploding

This adventure that you have, all of this.. Multiverse.. is the only thing that keeps me from quitting Minecraft, and all of this mods that you did.. I'm gonna experience it one day if I have sufficient PC and bought the app (I have Bedrock version on phone tho)

All your modpacks need the one probe and quark, they are both massive qol mods, things like easy chest organization and knowing what your looking at and the tier and type of tool you need to break them
Love the minecraft skin for this one, it truly represents the horror players experience even in the regular, vannilla Nether, not just this modded version

This is definitely an average day in Australia but in the Nether where everything wants to take you out. I don't live in Australia though, wish that obsidian obelisk had made an appearance since it's the most familiar structure that is seen in these multiverse videos.

1:35:20 all the things you just listed can be made in the nether. cartography tables from string from striders, paintings and beds need wool which can be made with string and barrels can be made from just any old wood.
I'm gonna be honest, watching Legundo being so unnecessarily excited over the mere existence of overworld wood is the most adorable thing I have seen in a little while

at the beginning of this video, i felt kind of confused and out of my element, what with all the unfamiliar mods, and i was considering clicking off, but i stuck around just a bit longer. i ended up finishing the video, and i'm very glad i did! i was hooked for most of the runtime, which is very impressive given how long it is. i know how hard it is to edit together this much footage, and i can't imagine doing all of that AND making it look, sound, and feel as good as it does, never mind the time it must take to write and record the voiceover, and to play the dang game to boot !! i'm SO impressed with this video, and even though i feel a little out of my depth as far as the upcoming entry in this series is concerned (it seems like i need to be caught up, but this is only the second video from this channel that i've watched), i cannot wait to see what's next. huge props for putting out amazing videos like this, especially on such a tight schedule. i'd've taken months if i'd tried to do it myself, i'm sure. all i can say is i hope you're having as much fun with every part of the process as it seems like you are

I was curious about the Pitaya, and it turns out I know it already by another name: "Dragon Fruit." Combined with the citrons, being the "Buddha's Hand" fruit from the SSV bones, this mod has fruits I greatly enjoy irl.
I've fought the netherite monstrosity before. It's absolutely not supposed to constantly flood the arena like that. It's supposed to reabsorb it to heal. Since it's stuck in that lava flow, it's not actually able to do so, and as such the arena gets flooded.

Of you have full netherite, you shouldn't be taking half your healthbar in damage. The warden has the same issue, being just dumb op for no reason

i love downloading a modpack and then spawning in the ground or in lava whenever i try to play
I would've built a house on the lava with the strider parked outside. Reduced spawns and no constant danger... unless you fall into lava without resistance.
