Can anyone tell me which emigrating agent charges less fee to get the TR includes get the National ID, tax residency card, setup LLC or co, bank account, etc (then later eventually get the drivers license, buy car and a house but 1st get TR 2yrs later then get PR & go from there). I want to go there for saving (business & personal) taxation, more freedom, affordable & better lifestyle. Which agent helps to report the monthly revenue to the govt at what price? I have not visited there yet but love to explore. I want to setup co. there and then sell the products back to the USA and neighbor country Brazil (has 200M+ population) and pay less tax. Good video. Beautiful building in Trinidad- Asuncion. Este es un complejo de 3 torres, dentro de un tiempo deberían construir las otras dos torres. Sobre la San Martin se construyen varios altos entre ellos un edificio diseñado por el reconocido arquitecto Carlos Ott. Y sí. La verdad que hace 10 años solo existían 3 a 4 edificios en toda esa macro zona pero cada vez construyen más. Sobre la Molas Lopez se construye un rascacielos de casi 180metros, imprrsionantes vistas tienen todos estos edificios.

Looks quite nice, and you made some great points about building quality. Do you think they give foreigners one price and give locals a different price? Seems like a deal compared to US prices but is very expensive for anyone on a local salary there. Since you've been in Paraguay for awhile now, do you still like it? I've been considering getting a second citizenship and relocating down there.
Hello, thanks for your questions! You‘re right, units in this building are very expensive for a regular local. Even many foreigners (mostly German) complain about the price whereas Americans tell me they find it rather cheap. It really depends! I think in this particular example they’re aiming high because the building is still new and it would be for first time use. Additional to that, it‘s offered by a company and they always get a cut too. So if you buy from a private person, you might find cheaper options but it comes with more steps you have to do yourself. (Same goes for buying a car from a private person vs. dealership.) Even if their first offer is high, it is possible that as a local you can easily negotiate and quickly get a better price (as in police stops for example.) ;-) I still think, Paraguay is a great option for a second residency or citizenship! It’s a fast growing country with good economy. Many investors from Argentina and Uruguay are buying and building in Asunción, it’s a modern city with western standards and we really enjoy it! I think in this case the prices are set for everyone the same. Locals and foreigners. These apartments are usually seen as investment properties and locals with low income are not their target group anyways. But I think if you are aiming for cheaper properties it can be useful to higher a local that you can trust and then make him or her do the initial negotiations so you don’t get the gringo offer first. Interesante. Sería bueno ver más opciones de departamentos en otros videos. Por ejemplo en el edificio Urban Carmelitas un departamento de medidas similares cuesta 130.000$. También ver opciones ecónomicas en los alrededores de Asunción, como en Fernando de la Mora por ejemplo, donde hay departamentos de la misma medida a 70.000$.

Me llama la atención que busquen departamentos, a los paraguayos nos gusta mucho vivir en casas, por 100 mil dólares puedes comprar una propiedad de 12x 30 metros a muy buen precio y todavía tendrías dinero disponible para las refacciones que prefieras, me refiero ante un costo de 200 mil dólares por un departamento. Conocí a una pareja de franceses que justamente adquirieron una preciosa casa dado que el costo dejaba margen para invertir en refacciones. Algunos barrios para mirar casas sería barrio Jara, Trinidad, las mercedes y podría ser algunas partes de Sajonia

Hallo Andrin! Bei den paar Wohnungen, die wir uns angesehen haben, waren die Gemeinschaftsbereiche (Gym, Pool, Korridor etc.) immer in der Gesamtgröße des Objekts anteilsmäßig inkludiert. Deshalb steht auf der Liste, die ich kurz im Video zeige 90+ m2, aber die Wohnung selbst ist nur um die 75 m2. Bei dieser Größe von 75 bzw. 90 m2 belaufen sich die monatlichen Betriebskosten laut Makler auf rund 150 USD. Internet, Strom etc. kommt dann noch dazu. Strom ist in Paraguay sehr günstig. Hallo Markus! Die monatlichen Betriebskosten in diesem Gebäude belaufen sich auf ca. 150 USD. Dazu kommt Strom, der ist in Paraguay international gesehen eher billig (rund 0,05 USD / kWh). You can live very cheap when on the countryside, and if you like western style living (and prices) you find that in Asunción. Btw we just discovered such a gem here! We spent a month in Hernandarias next to the Brazilian border, and it was beautiful!! (in midst a nature reserve next to lagoons) I can’t wait to go back there! Du bist mega sympathisch und machst sehr gute Videos. Ich bin begeistert. 200.000 US Dollar finde ich für Paraguay Verhältnisse sehr teuer. Da ist Argentinien und Kolumbien um die Hälfte billiger und wäre ebenfalls ein neues Objekt. Hätte ich nicht gedacht das quasi 75 Quadratmeter immens viel Geld kostet. Ein großes Land mit Haus ist günstiger in Paraguay als die Wohnung. Die gezeigte Küche ist klein und so lala. Aber dafür schöne großes Fenster mit ein super Aussicht. Die Wohnung hätte ich nicht gekauft, trotz top Aussicht
Servus Max! Ja es erstaunte uns auch, dass Paraguay, und besonders Asuncion, nicht gerade billig ist (wenn man westlichen Standard möchte). Auch beim Lebensmittel einkaufen. @@AlexandraAllover noch halte ich mich in Deutschland auf. Ich war vor Corona in Kolumbien und wollte dorthin Auswandern. Dann kam Corona und musste verschieben. Dort das Visum zu bekommen, ist komplizierter als Paraguay. Ich schaue wöchentlich was die Immobilien Preise in Kolumbien so macht. Ich finde das die Lebensmittel in Südamerika gar nicht so günstig sind wenn man vergleicht und Mathe kann. Alle Milchprodukte oder Wasser zum Beispiel oder Pflege für den Mann und und und. Ich freue mich das ihr nach Argentinien reist. Aber den Ort Bariloche ist Pflicht Programm und sollte unbedingt gesehen werden. Vorsicht, bald ist es in Bariloche eisig kalt, Winter versteht sich

Wenn Stromausfälle sind wird es problematisch so hoch zum Treppen steigen. Habe diese Erfahrung gemacht, toller Ausblick super aber die vielen Stromausfälle sind das grössere Problem👎👎👎

Yes you arrive as tourist. But depending on if your country has the apostille system or not, you need to have your documents apostilled/notarized in the US before you arrive here. You would have to ask Paul, he knows more about it.
$200K for a 75m2 apartment - wow! Sogar Texas ist billiger. I would rather see what an old-fashioned house or apartment in Asuncion costs, with a little garden.
Ja für eine Hauptstadt ist es noch vergleichsweise günstig, aber steht im starken Kontrast zum Rest des Landes. Erst gestern haben wir beim Spazieren in Mburucuya ein altes Haus entdeckt auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück mit Vendo Schild. Haben ihnen geschrieben und erste Antwort war 330k $ für die 240m2 mit Häuschen. In anderen Vierteln Asunción kann’s anders sein.
Grüß dich! Parking für Autos und Motorräder befindet sich im untersten Geschoß, ist gut bewacht und derzeit fast leer (weil nur 10 Wohnungen belegt sind). Wenn ich mich recht erinnere, war die Garage in diesem Apartment bereits inkludiert. Falls es dich interessiert, von einer Besichtigung im Skytower weiß ich dass ein fester Parkplatz 26k USD extra gekostet hat.

Wir haben erst letzte Woche wieder von einem Paar gehört, welches sich schon von Deutschland aus ein Grundstück in Paraguay gekauft hat und es bei Ankunft auf einmal ganz anders aussah. Über Bilder und Nachrichten kann man sich leicht täuschen lassen. Spanisch ist dabei wichtig zu können, obwohl wir aus persönlicher Erfahrung sagen können, dass es auch mit basischen Kenntnissen geht ;-) Wir vergleichen schon fast zwei Jahre alle möglichen Orte, Immobilien und Grundstücke damit wir einen guten Überblick bekommen. Das Paraiso Verde haben wir nie besucht aber schon viel darüber gehört… Liebe Grüße

Ja es ist teuer, und viele Auswanderer wählen günstige Alternativen am Land. Wenn man aber so wohnen möchte und es sich leisten kann, kann man davon ausgehen, dass es bzgl. Qualität und Ausstattung westlichen Standards gerecht wird. Wo haben dir die Grundstücke und Immobilien bis jetzt am besten gefallen?

For a foreigner an apartment with security and management company is a much safer bet i purchased on last year but can only spend a few weeks out the year in Paraguay no way could you have an empty house in Paraguay nothing would be left when you returned

The house will be occupied and safe, under control. The rental company will charge you of course a fee of 7%. You will still make a profit not to mention the gradual increase over time on the price of the property,
Ja Asuncion ist nicht immer so billig. Man kann hier den gleichen Lebensstandard genießen wie in Europa und zahlen tut man auch so ;-) Es gibt aber auch günstigere Orte in Paraguay.
Ja wir staunten auch. Asuncion bietet alles von schicken Restaurants, schönen Stadthäusern und modernen Wohngebäuden. Und das zeigt sich auch in den Preisen. Im Rest des Landes kannst du auch billiger kaufen 😎

Bei den paar Wohnungen, die wir uns angesehen haben, waren die Gemeinschaftsbereiche (Gym, Pool, Korridor etc.) immer in der Gesamtgröße des Objekts anteilsmäßig inkludiert. Deshalb steht auf der Liste, die ich kurz im Video zeige 90+ m2, aber die Wohnung selbst ist nur um die 75 m2. Bei dieser Größe von 75 bzw. 90 m2 belaufen sich die monatlichen Betriebskosten laut Makler auf rund 150 USD. Internet, Strom etc. kommt dann noch dazu. Strom ist in Paraguay sehr günstig. Ich hoffe ich konnte dir damit ein bisschen weiterhelfen. Liebe Grüße!

Hallo Markus! Die monatlichen Betriebskosten in diesem Gebäude belaufen sich auf ca. 150 USD. Dazu kommt Strom, der ist in Paraguay international gesehen eher billig (rund 0,05 USD / kWh). Zum Verkauf kann ich dir derzeit nicht viel sagen. You can live very cheap when on the countryside, and if you like western style living (and prices) you find that in Asunción. Btw we just discovered such a gem here! We spent a month in Hernandarias next to the Brazilian border, and it was beautiful!! (in midst a nature reserve next to lagoons) I can’t wait to go back there!

Da ist Argentinien und Kolumbien um die Hälfte billiger und wäre ebenfalls ein neues Objekt. Hätte ich nicht gedacht das quasi 75 Quadratmeter immens viel Geld kostet. Ein großes Land mit Haus ist günstiger in Paraguay als die Wohnung. Die gezeigte Küche ist klein und so lala. Aber dafür schöne großes Fenster mit ein super Aussicht. Die Wohnung hätte ich nicht gekauft, trotz top Aussicht

@@AlexandraAllover noch halte ich mich in Deutschland auf. Ich war vor Corona in Kolumbien und wollte dorthin Auswandern. Dann kam Corona und musste verschieben. Dort das Visum zu bekommen, ist komplizierter als Paraguay. Ich schaue wöchentlich was die Immobilien Preise in Kolumbien so macht. Ich finde das die Lebensmittel in Südamerika gar nicht so günstig sind wenn man vergleicht und Mathe kann. Alle Milchprodukte oder Wasser zum Beispiel oder Pflege für den Mann und und und. Ich freue mich das ihr nach Argentinien reist. Aber den Ort Bariloche ist Pflicht Programm und sollte unbedingt gesehen werden. Vorsicht, bald ist es in Bariloche eisig kalt, Winter versteht sich

Hallo Regina! Ja das Problem mit Stromausfällen kennen wir. Zum Glück funktioniert in modernen Gebäuden wie im Skytower oder Feel Asuncion dank Notfallgenerator auch während Stromausfall immer einer der Aufzüge, sowie auch Licht im Flur.

Ja für eine Hauptstadt ist es noch vergleichsweise günstig, aber steht im starken Kontrast zum Rest des Landes. Erst gestern haben wir beim Spazieren in Mburucuya ein altes Haus entdeckt auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück mit Vendo Schild. Haben ihnen geschrieben und erste Antwort war 330k $ für die 240m2 mit Häuschen. In anderen Vierteln Asunción kann’s anders sein.
Und wie ist es mit Parklplätzen für Autos und Motorräder?
Grüß dich! Parking für Autos und Motorräder befindet sich im untersten Geschoß, ist gut bewacht und derzeit fast leer (weil nur 10 Wohnungen belegt sind). Wenn ich mich recht erinnere, war die Garage in diesem Apartment bereits inkludiert. Falls es dich interessiert, von einer Besichtigung im Skytower weiß ich dass ein fester Parkplatz 26k USD extra gekostet hat.

Wir haben erst letzte Woche wieder von einem Paar gehört, welches sich schon von Deutschland aus ein Grundstück in Paraguay gekauft hat und es bei Ankunft auf einmal ganz anders aussah. Über Bilder und Nachrichten kann man sich leicht täuschen lassen. Spanisch ist dabei wichtig zu können, obwohl wir aus persönlicher Erfahrung sagen können, dass es auch mit basischen Kenntnissen geht ;-) Wir vergleichen schon fast zwei Jahre alle möglichen Orte, Immobilien und Grundstücke damit wir einen guten Überblick bekommen. Das Paraiso Verde haben wir nie besucht aber schon viel darüber gehört… Liebe Grüße

Ja es ist teuer, und viele Auswanderer wählen günstige Alternativen am Land. Wenn man aber so wohnen möchte und es sich leisten kann, kann man davon ausgehen, dass es bzgl. Qualität und Ausstattung westlichen Standards gerecht wird.

For a foreigner an apartment with security and management company is a much safer bet i purchased on last year but can only spend a few weeks out the year in Paraguay no way could you have an empty house in Paraguay nothing would be left when you returned

The house will be occupied and safe, under control. The rental company will charge you of course a fee of 7%. Ja Asuncion ist nicht immer so billig. Man kann hier den gleichen Lebensstandard genießen wie in Europa und zahlen tut man auch so ;-) Es gibt aber auch günstigere Orte in Paraguay.

Ja wir staunten auch. Asuncion bietet alles von schicken Restaurants, schönen Stadthäusern und modernen Wohngebäuden. Und das zeigt sich auch in den Preisen. Im Rest des Landes kannst du auch billiger kaufen 😎
