There's a lot of useful stuff in there. I'll certainly find myself coming back to this one a few times after release.
Wow - I wasn't sure how you'd come up with 80, or how you'd do it that fast. This was great - tons of things I haven't really seen. Will definitely remember this video!
Thanks abc!
Really great video FewC, top tips too! Thanks for the vid!
Two of my fav. things here..
Egg and Candy.
I sure am looking forward to what we will see from you all, and for sure I will have to watch a few more videos than I did here at the end part of CS
Very useful stuff here! Besides the graphic issues, your tips really want me to get my hand on the game! Also 10/10 for the time and effort you put into this! Totally worth it!
Ahh thanks Dimi!
tbh with my 3070ti with those modified settings and even others lowered, it only got bad around 40k population. but i was also playing for like 6 hours straight, maybe my GPU was just getting tired or something idk
The game is still amazing despite the graphics
OMG I have learnt so much!! like, stuff I used to struggle with, deleting more than a single type of trees at once, I had no idea! Thank you so much for making this tutorial, Steam or CO or whoever should pay you for your work!
Wow someone who gets right to the point. I was ready skip around and speed up the video but I did not have to. Thank you.
Quick and concise! Thank you for this!!
Usually I find these top tips videos useless, but this was really really useful. Thankyou.
Great Job on this Few!! Really helpful for so many who are about to start. I can see this video being helpful for new and experience CS players alike!
This was great! Thank you! There's so much I learned here that I didn't know the game couldn't do. The amount of quality of life tools they added to the game is great.
Rewatching these after I play the game! Crazy how many of these tips are things we always wanted in CS1 and had to use mods for!
Wow, you're tips are super useful! This is the 5th video I've looked at and this is also the 1st one I didn't click away from. Each tip was more helpful than the last. Thank you! I have about a million things to change in my current save now XD
Have no idea why you don’t have 100k subscribers. Your content is simply the most useful for cities skylines. ❤
Aww thank you!! ❤
Thank you, I struggled with many aspects of CS2 earlier and this vid seems to have some excellent tips in it. I was taking notes as I went, and I definitely think I will enjoy the game more next time I load it up.
The grid breaking was so annoying until I watched this video
A lot of great tips and can't wait to apply these when I try the game myself. The editing was really on point and great pace so I can see why you spent a lot of time on this :)
Will definitely help when I can get the game. Thank you 😊
The "I" key tip to turn off the contextual placement mode... that tip alone made this video worth it. Ty
Thank you for the tip on the “I” key to get rid of the white when placing stuff. Fingers crossed it’s something that can be toggled off for the session.
1:28 THANK YOU!!
So useful ! I will revisit this video for sure a couple of time during the development of my city if I feel stuck. A lot of nice detail on how to make the city prettier !
Very helpful tips. Thank you.
Great vid, never played SL1 so this was gold. 80 edits into 20 minutes...super efficient..thankyou
I was looking for a video like this. No fluff, only content. Thank you so much for these tips! Placing quay walls was driving me mad!
Very useful! Thank you! I'm happy they added the ability to put in bridge pillars because twitch chat kept yelling about how unsafe the bridges looked 😂
Haha yeh, they can be a bit long without them sometimes!
Thanks for all the useful tips! Like the tip about placing buildings farther from the street.
This was absolutely a game changer for me. So much i didn’t know. Thank you so much.
So glad it was helpful!
The tip for building quays is so helpful. Thank you so much. I wasted hours trying to build a quay before knowing the method you used.
Exactly the video I've been looking for, other creators tend to hide one or two good tips in 30+ min videos and I ain't got no time for that!
Wow that's a lot of information, my head is still trying to process. Saving it for a resource after I have the game as I will never remember it all. Hopefully I will remember that you said something about it and I can come back to the video. Thank you for a really in depth hint list. Blessings
Wow! This is an EXCELLENT video. Thank you for taking the time to do this!
thanks for this, was wondering how to disable parking on roads and how to use the brush tool, also I didn't know you can go without power and garbage at the start, thanks :)
Some brilliant tips in here!! I've been playing for a while and still finding new things so thank you!!
Great video!! Subbed! :) I kept expecting you to say "Such Fun!" lol Because you sound like the comedienne Miranda!!
Ahh thank you! You’re not the first to say I sound like Miranda haha! 😅
Great tips! This really makes it easier to get started with a new city.
Your city looks great as well I'll be looking forward to seeing more videos, thanks for sharing!
Great video, I feel like I'm just waiting to play the game now 😭😭
Stop thinking about the game or you'll do yourself more harm 🙂
Out of all the CS2 players I've watched, your city is probably my favourite of them all!
Ahh thank you so much!!
Really good video! I'm a seasoned skylines player but learnt some new things added to Skylines 2, thanks!
I love how this video covered everything i was confused about my first time in the game... it's like she knew exactly lol uncanny
Excellent video and excellent tips! Now I just have to remember all of these, when I get to play the game later today 😅
This video is relaly good! actually somebody making real content about the game (im sure there are manny others) and not going on about how the game feels like a let down. I have hope infact im sure that the devs will turn this title around. My fear is the publisher meddling with the devs giving the customer what they want in the game and not letting the devs have free reign in what to prioritize resources into chipping away the rough edges of what i beleive will be a real diamond peice of software and a testimony a bastion a pillar o f strenge and the true next generation benchmark of what all city builders should aim to achive ass a baseline standard set for the future of this genre. video rating 11 out of 10 great naration keep it up FewCandy this is what people want to watch! keep making content like this!
Thank you! I have the same hope, and playing modded more recently has really changed my opinion on the game, having a lot of fun with it atm! Glad you enjoy the video :)
The most useful video I have seen about City Skyline 2 👍👍. You gained a subscriber. It's gonna save me so much time.
And I have already seen that many people on TH-cam don't know most of this.
Thank you and welcome to the channel! 😄
What a great video! Thanks a lot for the hard work. Will be using this as my guide when making my new city.
The livestock pasture tip was amazing, i completely zoned my industry for that wrong.
If anyone would figure out all the little things about how to get some level of detailing done before mods come out, @fewcandy would! Definitely saving this in a playlist to refer to!
Love the style of your video, straight to the point and really useful. Watched in the gym can’t wait to get home and put some of the tricks to use!
Super helpful video! Thanks.
That's what's up! Just when I thought I knew all the tips, you had a Few more Candy's!
Can't watch this video enough! Thanks so much for taking the trouble to share your hints and tips - they're fantastic! Now I just have to watch it for a fifth time... 🥰
Haha thank you! Glad it's useful!
That raised roads tip is going to be a game changer!
Really good - veteran cs1 and experienced player and i learnt loads.
This was crazy useful. Thank you so much!
This video was absolutely’amazing ! Thanks for all this !!
This game is going to be really great, but they have to work on the optimization or else I would have to replace my furnace with my very hot computer to heat my house😂
Incredibly useful! Thank you!
69. "Draw in the connecting road without demolishing the existing buildings." I hope this is true for I have found adding pathways after buildings are in can destroy up to a dozen buildings, even those not directly affected by the pathway. I think this is a bug.
Excellent video! I made note of a dozen that I definitely want to try out and not forget.
Yes pathways are pretty bugged for this technique! But I have found this way with roads is generally fine. if you use pathways try to make sure they aren’t connected to the roads, as I think that’s what resets the zoning when they are removed!
Brilliant, Few! Thanks so much
I haven't played a city builder game since SImCity, I really like the look of this, but it seems so complicated!
It's not that complicated, you can get really in depth with the mechanics but you don't need to to just play and build a city casually. The more you play the more you'll pick up, give it a go!
@@fewcandy thank you for the reply, I've downloaded it, I'm going to give it a shot.
I'm a seasoned player, but these tips did remind me and make me think of new things to try out in CS2 that were not a thing in the predecessor :)
Quite useful and quick information... Thanks!
Liked this video! Will pick this up once there's a few more patches and optimisation!
This is a great video! Just curious, have you listed your computer specs anywhere? I'm about at the minimum and I'm wondering how my experience would compare to yours
Thank you! Yes they are in the video description, my CPU and GPU are at recommended specs, I'm finding its perfectly smooth to play now, I just wish graphical fidelity was a little better!
You are simply amazing! Like a god really. You'll have at least 20 views from me as I will be saving this video to come back to while I'm attempting my luck at CS2. Thank you for the killer tips, some I never knew exist. Now.. what other content can I find to watch from you... Hmm lol
WOW!! Thanks for this, its a GREAT HELP!!
The best video so far on the game. This sold me on the game. Thank you. Subscribing
Ahh thank you!
Thank you so much
Thank you so much. This was so helpful!

Nice video and good work. Very good tips. Thanks!
Late to the party but these are great! Now I just have to remember them...
really good vid thank u ! and for what its worth that key is called tilde , pronounced like til-da key
Thank you! And yes google search was not my friend in that instance! 😅
How do you actually do tip 60 about the specialised Industrie? I have some crazy overproduction of stone and a train Cargo relativly near but instead the train imports stone rather than my stone yard doing any delivering?
This was just...amazing. thank you.
A bit overwhelmed 😅but thanks for the tips! 👍👍
Downloading this one 😁 Thanks very much !
.. Downloading video for future reference thank you ☺️ Going to use your IG link as well, since, I've just decided to buy it lol .. Second time watching this ..TYVM again 😂
THE KEY WALL HACK MADE ME LITERALLY GASP IM NOT EVEN KIDDING OMG THANK YOUUUU
You dont need to purchase the tile a castle ruin is on. You can grab it and move it without the tile being purchased. Ive moved them from across the map into my new city before I've even started building.
Thanks for sharing these. I learned a lot and can't wait to use them.
Thanks for this huge amount of useful Tips!
I’m super excited for cities 2 to come out. :) I’m excited to have it added to my gaming pile. :) I’m looking forward to starting right at the start at the same time as everyone. :)
Some very useful tips! I can see why this took forever to edit
Thank you. Although I’ve been soloing the game and I’ve been having a blast learning and having those “oh shit” moments lol. I think I’m ready to learn some new tips
This is great! Thank you very much!
Thank you very much for this info! 👍
Nicely done FewCandy!
Amazing video. This is public service! Congrats
Great stuff! Learned a lot!!
Awesome work! really useful tips!
Wow that is amazing. I'm checking for your preorder link to buy. I have no doubt that you r going to do amazing stuff with this game.
Ahh thank you! Glad you enjoyed the video and hope you find it useful once you start playing!
Just a really good video. Thank you.
Its a very rare type of videous in TH-cam where all timeline are filled only with useful things
So many great tips! Thank you, FewC!
god damn 80 tips. appreciate your effort!
Great tip summary
Thank you 😊
About graphics, I recommend letting it on high, then go to advanced and lower all "ray" stuf. The game is having a hard time to ray trace it all, but the rest is fine
1:46 sorry to be a pain but its called the tilde key, it has a back quote on it xD
Thank you. Amazing job.
This is a great list! Thanks for putting this video together for us.
