    Ahhhh so lovely to see your gorgeous self on screen and hearing your voice!!! Loved the vid! I've been wanting to try meditation properly for a while I've tried it a few times but never really properly tried consistently, this vid has honestly motivated me, so happy it's a Saturday as well tomorrow morning, I will light my scented candles and try meditating tomorrow morning before starting my day, sending you much love girl 🥰❤️

    Loved this video!! I’ve been practicing meditation at night before I go to bed as well as yoga! It’s been helping with mindfulness and actually taking time to live in the moment! Thank you for sharing this video! I’m so happy meditation is helping you become more confident and less anxious in the mornings!🙌☺️
