Thanks for posting. Interesting. I saw them in Chicago before their Broadway opening. I enjoyed the show primarily because of the two leads (Martin Short was a great surprise) and a HANDFUL of catchy songs. But the show was not the grand slam it seems like it should have been. It was just enjoyable, lightweight, hummable entertainment w/ two charismatic performers (and a few good songs). I wasn't sorry I saw it.

What if it is a grand slam? That would be marvellous.

I saw this production and it was simply not good. The music was good, and the performers were okay, but there wasn't much chemistry between them.

Saw the production in Chicago. Loved Martin, Bernadette was just boring.
