- This is the last vlog of 2022 and this is how we as Hutterites spend our multiple days Christmas holidays, plus the fun winter activities that we took part in.

Thank you for all the hours you invested in these Christmas videos! Watching the lovely sequence near the end as you peeled and sectioned the orange really demonstrated how your gift as a videographer has been burnished and multiplied! And special thanks to your brother for his outstanding drone camera work! Excellent! Above all, my prayer that the upcoming year will be full of peace and joy for you, your family, and the colony! Did a lot if sledding as a child our driveway was downhill and as a child our street was just dirt and was not heavily traveled and it was so much fun to sled down. You looked like you were having so much fun. As hard as you work you deserve to have little fun. Bless you and your whole congregation

The tobogganing looks fun. I have only seen snow like that once (1962/3) here in the UK. I remember we had a great time tobogganing.
We have had a lot of rain and the fields near the river are beginning to flood, they have swans and geese swimming around. This is great because we had 4 months with almost no rain, so the water table needed filling up.
I enjoyed the singing, please thank your choir for letting us share with them.

Today is unbelievably the last day of 2022, and you have given me so many happy moments with your vlog. I know it is sometimes hard to fit making the videos into your schedule, but I know they are a treat and a blessing to so many people. This past year was very hard for me as my mother slowly passed away from cancer, and even though she is with the Lord, I have felt the empty place more deeply at the holiday. The music and verses you put at the end of your videos help me more than you know, and when I know one of the songs, I sometimes get to sing along. God bless you and your community in 2023. Lovely snow! Giselle, you brought back memories from my youth. We would absolutely jet down the hill on our sleds and it was a wonder none of us were hurt. In the summertime we would lay on our sides roll down that same hill by the time we reached the bottom we would all be dizzy. I would enjoy the multiple services in church and yes, I too am a dedicated "taker of notes". God bless you all and thank you for providing such cheerful and light-filled messages!

Even tho Coda still doesn’t seem to like the sledding. He seems to be doing better this year. Guess what? My son got me a coffee whisk thingy. A little like yours. I’ve used it once. I’ll need to go back to one of your videos. You always made your coffee so delicious looking. Normally I drink my coffee black. I’m not big into sweetness of any kind in my drinks. Which is usually coffee and water or iced tea. Thank you Giselle I’m always so excited to see a video from you. I helps to pass the lonely evenings. Hello Priscilla. Thank you for explaining the holidays and how they work. I have been around for a long while and forget how it works. You’re so talented with your vlogs. Thank you for bringing us along in your life. If/when you start a courtship/marriage, I hope you record the process and save the footage for when you are both ready to share. I’m intrigued to see that process and how it actually plays out. :)

When I was in grade school, I could never remember if etcetera was shortened to ect. or etc. and to this day I remember how I but three words together to remember-- Emil's tall cow (etc.). Happy New Years, Giselle.
My gradeschool teacher drew a roof on it and that's how I remembercto this day - etc. lives in a house lol
