☀️ there is a light at the end of the tunnel! My resignation is in and I am approved to leave my job this spring! I’ve always struggled with feeling unfulfilled at work but once I had children I saw straight through the prescribed life that society tells us we should want…
❌ pay someone else to raise my kids so I can go make money? That doesn’t even make sense….
❌ give away my entire youth so I can “retire” in old age? Absolutely not! My dad died at age 55, old age is a gift and most certainly NOT guaranteed.
❌ wrap my purpose and identify into an organization that could care less about me and would replace me in about 2 days? Nope!
So im leaving this six figure career (T-104 days!!!!). People think I’m crazy but it’s not actually about the money. Time freedom is what I want more than anything else. Time with my kids. Times with my husband. Time with extended family. time is precious and short and I certainly don’t want to spend it stuck in an office.
I’ve spent the past 12 years working for someone else, stressed out of my mind. But not any more!
Now I make money from home, in the “margins” of my day.
