Now I studying outside China, and I accidentally got recommended this video by TH-cam. The feeling is quite magical, it's almost like time traveling

This video might just be the most life changing thing that has ever happened to me. This one video has inspired me to walk throughout the world. I’m waiting to turn 18 so I can leave the house and step out onto the earth and begin my journey. This one video put me down a path of adventurousness and the need to go out into the world. It has changed my life. The night I watched this I was having a horrible night, I was thinking about my ex girlfriend and feeling heartbroken, I went on TH-cam and saw this in my recommended. I watched the whole thing and I instantly felt something inside me. I went down a rabbit whole that night watching videos from sabbatical, and other people who have traveled the world, walking among the outer reaches of the earth just to find humanity in the people they where around. I was on love with the idea of being a wanderer. the day I walk out of my small town in Massachusetts, might just be the happiest day in my life. But for now, I wait. Slowly gaining knowledge about the world before I embark on my journey of humanity. Thank You
That's definitely the dream. Sadly life is hardly ever so ideal. I would love nothing more than to travel the world, but you need thousands saved up to live that kind of life. Technically there's nothing really stopping you, but being homeless on the road is a hard life, and very taxing. I still hope to do it someday while I'm still young but even at 23, having the kind of financial freedom to do something like that seems very far away

You just reminded me about my grandpa. He and his friends did similar things back in the days. I think they were inspired by the so-called ‘long March’ and wanted to do similar things when they attended some kind of patriotic event in a southern city in China. So they walked all the way to Beijing. He had a small notebook where he wrote and drew what he saw on the way. He have shown me before and I was really impressed. Their walking route is probably easier than yours because there should be more towns along the way and no desert or snow, but also it was back in maybe 60 to 70 years ago. You just reminded me about my grandpa. He and his friends did similar things back in the days. I think they were inspired by the so-called ‘long March’ and wanted to do similar things when they attended some kind of patriotic event in a southern city in China. So they walked all the way to Beijing. He had a small notebook where he wrote and drew what he saw on the way. He have shown me before and I was really impressed. Their walking route is probably easier than yours because there should be more towns along the way and no desert or snow, but also it was back in maybe 60 to 70 years ago. But anyway, thanks for sharing your story on walking. Bless you
