Original film was a masterpiece. Modern day films look to clean and shiny, and it hurts movies, especially in the horror genre. Just doesn't have the same feel to it. This might be good but doesn't feel like Exorcist. Feels more like one of those generic horror films we get every year...

not sure if you’re joking or not but that’s the theme from the original Exorcist, Mike Oldfield’s “Tubular Bells”… but I can definitely see the similarities 😊 I always thought L’s theme must’ve been inspired at least a little by TB
It looks interesting let's say. But so far, the trailer just looks like any other demonic possession film. Nothing stands out as being different. Hopefully the story will tie in well with the original in a meaningful way.
These types of horror movies are by far the worst of the horror genre specifically last 10 to 15 years but after watchen Russell crows the pope a few months back and now this just her insane under sold line I've I don't wanna go to hell is going to end up being a 1 of a kind extremely disturbing iconic line in horror films history
@@mannypichardo8733Oh? I actually avoided the movie as I saw too many exorcist films lately and thought It’d be another bad one. I think the last one I saw was The Exorcism of God. It was crazy. But I wouldn’t call it good necessarily. The Last Exorcism is my favorite. I think what kills that sub genre for me is when they talk as demons they usually have cliche and cringey dialogue. So I’m always apprehensive. This movie looks cool though.

Unfortunately it already looks like they probably messed it up.... have an idea why they got the mother from the original to reprise her role. Shoulda gotten Linda Blair back and made it her daughter thats possessed this time but i guess they gotta make sure everyones included lol.
Hilarious attempt to recapture the horror of the original. And are there no other "minorities" these lamie filmmakers could have featured in this movie??? America's behind kissing of a certain group the last several years is sickening.

Best sequel already exists in part 3. This one doesn't seem to follow the canon and no Linda Blair...seems odd to bring back the mom...not feeling it.
