Both amazing Games, Bloodborne is making yourself looks Unfair at the start but Getting Better everytime make it the most Challanging game. MH is Friendly in beginning and begining unfair in the endgame, once Getting used its not Unfair anymore. Making it the most Difficulty game at endgame level(In my Opinion)

The difference is that one is still an animal just with uncontrollable elemental power and the other is a genuine monster that wants nothing more than to see you suffer.
It is even more terrifying considering you and the A-lister are considered best of the best; chosen amongst the best hunters in the world to explore the new world, standing out of incredible hunters by hunting monsters after monsters, elders after elders, even slaying another black dragon in Alatreon. Yet these legends amongst legends were only expected to buy some time until an entire fleet of worlds best hunters to come. And people who knew who they were, people who saw them kill monsters that could end the world didn't expect them to survive. Canonically stakes of this fight is insane.

Me and my hunting crew managed to slay Alatreon within 12 hours of his release. I spent 12 hours on day 2 of Fatalis' release trying to solo him and failing. 3 days I was consumed with beating this dragon. I couldn't do anything else until I slayed the bastard. Only after tweaking buildings and trying new tactics after every failed attempt did I actually do it. I gunned him down with the Roaming Ballistae at 40 seconds remaining. The feeling was indescribable. He lived up to his expectations and more.

In the lore, its considered to be a living legend and disaster. We were like; nah its final boss if coz they hyprd it up, same old same old Freedom unite players: *ptsd kicked in
The fight is honestly insane. What makes me sad is the amount of people that kicked me from the quest because they all wanted MR400 minimum, not giving any chances to anyone (I'm MR 200) on top of that, they would be the ones dying the most. Level doesn't mean anything, yet I spent half of my time looking for a team that would accept me...
Honestly at this point MR shouldn't even matter. Anyone able to kill Alatreon should be able to hold their own against Fatalis tbh. Hope you find a good team. If you are on Xbox I could probably fight him with you! Haven't killed that Fat Tailed bastard myself yet.

Unfortunately, I don't have enough people playing the game anymore so I end up hunting alone 90% of the time. Had amazing teammates earlier, got to the 3rd phase multiple times (It's super tough haha), but then they left and I couldn't get into any quests... (people were even trash-talking in the chat) I'm on PS4 unfortunately :( but thank you for the kind words!

I killed him on release day with a close call sure, but after killing him 5 times to get his armor, I don't even cart a single time anymore. The First Time i fought him was in MH4U with a friend thinking he was a bit more powerful than a Deviljo BIG MISTAKE; When we tried to fight him he LITTERALY Just walked and One-Shotted me. I was with the most powerful armour i could use at the time. After seeing that we quitted and i don't Need to explain why.

Fun fact, Fatalis’s theme is a remix of the Kokoto village theme from MH1. Even the intro choir is the same melody notes as Kokoto village, just sung by a grand choir in a menacing fashion

This monster is, at least for me, an excellent way for me to test my skills. Because of some error in my build, all of his breath attacks one-shot me, so if I make a single error I'll cart. One helluva way to practice

If you think about it, Fatalis is the Smaug of Monster Hunter. Long, Fire Drake-like body, notably both of their long serpentine necks. Flames hot enough to melt steel. Claws sharp enough to nearly 2-shot 90% of players. Said to be powerful enough to raze entire cities. Rumored to bring great calamities with it, it's awakening said to bring natural disasters. A desire to be *covered* in metal, whether it be for defense or vanity. Both have a very mysterious history, Smaug having no known origins beyond having come out of the blue from the North to the kingdom of Dale in search of Erebor. Fatalis is similar, having just suddenly appeared at Castle Schrade without rhyme or reason, and their original homeland or origins being completely unknown.
They say Fatalis didn't exist, just an idea, but then instead was unwittingly willed into existence by the human conscious for death and destruction. Fatalis is the antithesis of the hunters, but also the same. It's such a cool backstory for such an amazing monster, even if stories of Fatalis might be exaggerated, the destruction HE ALONE caused, isn't.
This godly creature might be stronger than our old friend Alatreon..now just imagine how it would turn out to be fighting against crimson and white fatalis side on side along with this black dude..😌😬

I'm very happy that everyone can finally agree on Fatalis being one of the most difficult bosses in the game. His legacy as the Black Dragon and the god of all monsters has finally been fulfilled.
All the other monsters live in the world of Monster Hunter, even Deviljho. Fatalis isn't part of the ecosystem, he's destructive malevolence that has claimed the lands that once belonged to humankind.
This entire theme just feels like the end of the fucking world like 1:00 you hearing this? This is what you hear when your house is burnt to the ground with no remorse by part of the giant flying leviathan that just crumbled everything around you

It took shy of a week for me to finally get a kill. After countless carts a friend of mine and I had a near flawless run just the two of us, absolutely clowning the thing. Sometimes it just clicks.
Well, lorewise Fatalis is pretty much among the strongest monsters there is, even among the black dragons. The only monsters we know for certain are stronger than Fatalis are the Crimson and White Fatalis.
I just can’t quite get that DPS check and it kills me everytime because trying to recruit randoms just makes it harder. BUT GOD IF WE DONT MEME WHILE WE LOSE
The alatreon you have to kill in order to unlock fatalis only has 20% HP from start of the quest. He dies after the first eschaton so you will be fine if you only cart to that in solo

Beat him today solo! My god it’s as satisfying as people say. My hands were shaking from all the adrenaline haha but now I can allow myself to play multi since I beat him by myself.
@@zilit5434 Duo is the easiest though. One person can attack with artillery seige weapons, the other can distract him and attack him. It diverts attention, you might say "well your palico can do that too) but an AI cat is not as able as a functioning human mind.

@@Deid Experimenting things, I tested out all weapons and most of the meta builds then I just killed him with AT nami armor with Crit exp. and Crit boost. And a CB

once you know where his ludicrous hitboxes are and what to do for each nova he's really not what people hyped him up to be.
I killed him on release day with a close call sure, but after killing him 5 times to get his armor, I don't even cart a single time anymore.
The only thing I can agree with being hard is the second headbreak for the evil eye. Headsniping him genuinely sucks if you get bad rng.

The First Time i fought him was in MH4U with a friend thinking he was a bit more powerful than a Deviljo
BIG MISTAKE;
When we tried to fight him he LITTERALY Just walked and One-Shotted me. I was with the most powerful armour i could use at the time.
After seeing that we quitted and i don't Need to explain why.
lol fatalis in older generation is really easy. the only hard part about him is stupidly high damage but the moveset is really meh.

However, after seeing the massive positive response of the final part of the 15th Anniversary video, they just decided to rework it.

This monster is, at least for me, an excellent way for me to test my skills. Because of some error in my build, all of his breath attacks one-shot me, so if I make a single error I'll cart. One helluva way to practice
I wonder how many controllers this monster has broken lol. I haven't gotten to the point of fighting him yet, but I'm kinda horrified since I solo due to my connection being flakier than dandruff

If you think about it, Fatalis is the Smaug of Monster Hunter.
Long, Fire Drake-like body, notably both of their long serpentine necks.
Flames hot enough to melt steel.
Claws sharp enough to nearly 2-shot 90% of players.
Said to be powerful enough to raze entire cities.
Rumored to bring great calamities with it, it's awakening said to bring natural disasters.
A desire to be *covered* in metal, whether it be for defense or vanity.
Both have a very mysterious history, Smaug having no known origins beyond having come out of the blue from the North to the kingdom of Dale in search of Erebor. Fatalis is similar, having just suddenly appeared at Castle Schrade without rhyme or reason, and their original homeland or origins being completely unknown.
They say Fatalis didn't exist, just an idea, but then instead was unwittingly willed into existence by the human conscious for death and destruction. Fatalis is the antithesis of the hunters, but also the same. It's such a cool backstory for such an amazing monster, even if stories of Fatalis might be exaggerated, the destruction HE ALONE caused, isn't.
Hunters hold the balance of nature and man, with being more in favour of mankind, the fatalis holds the same balance but in favour of monsterkind
I have not killed fatalis yes. But to be honest I’m not mad because the fight is just amazing. And the music

Owen Smith max critical eye max attack boost max dragon attack and I’m running insect Glaive I also have max heavy artillery so when I use the cannons it does tons of dmg to him

It took shy of a week for me to finally get a kill. After countless carts a friend of mine and I had a near flawless run just the two of us, absolutely clowning the thing. Sometimes it just clicks.

I was shaking even before the start of the fight... but when THIS kicked in I was in UTTER FEAR.
alatreon is just a baby compare to this dragon. Even the theme is outmatched.
Well, lorewise Fatalis is pretty much among the strongest monsters there is, even among the black dragons. The only monsters we know for certain are stronger than Fatalis are the Crimson and White Fatalis.
Only about 5% of the monster hunter community get to hear this in game.
The rest, including myself, can’t get past Alatreon.
I just can’t quite get that DPS check and it kills me everytime because trying to recruit randoms just makes it harder. BUT GOD IF WE DONT MEME WHILE WE LOSE
The alatreon you have to kill in order to unlock fatalis only has 20% HP from start of the quest. He dies after the first eschaton so you will be fine if you only cart to that in solo

Beat him today solo! My god it’s as satisfying as people say. My hands were shaking from all the adrenaline haha but now I can allow myself to play multi since I beat him by myself.
Actually being duo is hardest
@@zilit5434 Duo is the easiest though. One person can attack with artillery seige weapons, the other can distract him and attack him. It diverts attention, you might say "well your palico can do that too) but an AI cat is not as able as a functioning human mind.
