As far as I know it is not necessary to include unrelated experiences or skills. For freshers It is much better to add more projects related to your career.

I'd suggest using bullet points for those with more relevant experience. With fresh graduates, employers are more interested in who you are, what you'd like to learn or develop at their company, and your availability. You can hit as many key words as you can, but it's only eye-catching when you can back it up with real work experience and results. You can include key words in other sections.
