We love ours. Very comfortable and I am 6’-3” and 255 lbs. we got a 7 seater U-shape couch. So much room. Definitely better than Ashley furniture couches

Those huge thick pieces of foam are probably worth $70-100 each… I’ve bought much smaller cushion foam for chairs I was redoing and even that wasn’t cheap, so those are definitely something to keep or give to someone who does furniture restoration/up cycling. 😊 Thank you for the Anabei reviews, I’m trying to decide if it’s a good fit for me and my dog!

I was actually looking for reviews for deck furniture. This is advertised to me as deck furniture. Is it the same fabric for outdoors, do you know?
They have a separate line for outdoor furniture, Chicory. The concept is the same, but I imagine the fabric is suited for outdoors and meant to get wet and withstand UV.

I actually love mine. It was a beast to put together but it's comfortable and very sturdy. I did get the deluxe cushions with memory foam and it doesn't look as sloppy as the other versions I've seen.
I appreciate your video and I'm sure your tips on returning have been helpful to those who want to return theirs.

I thought I’d pop our convo out lol! I definitely am, and I just emailed, sent via message, and posted to their Facebook a video of my seat cushion which has no zippers!

Thank you for posting this. I have had a heck of a time getting the company to respond. I finally did and followed all the instructions but am still waiting for them to send labels! For everyone thinking about buying this couch and having to possibly return it, beware!
I hope you get your labels soon! So frustrating!! My hope is that someone at Anabei sees this video and they make improvements to the return process!
We just returned ours they received today. Now waiting for refund. Started to sag in some areas. Not good for people over 5ft10. Straps that hold sofa together are terrible.

Do you know if the item needs to be returned to them by 30 days or initiated within 30 days?
They want you to try it for 30 days. To be on the safe side, I would initiate the return request on Day 29 or as soon as you know it's not going to work for you. I only had the sofa for a few weeks when I decided I wanted to return it, but it took 4 days before they authorized the return. Thanks so much for watching! 😃

Next time, just leave a voicemail. They could have called you back that same day. Phone queues will always be more important than emails.

They never returned my voicemail.
Definitely keep emailing them so you have a record of contact. You can also try messaging them through Facebook Messenger. That's how I finally got a reply.

Did you ever find a sofa that you liked?
Nope! I'm keeping my old one for now. The Anabei was supposed to go in my son's playroom. I really liked it because of the washable covers. I have an old Craftmaster sofa that has been through a lot, but it's fine until I find something I like. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks so much for watching!
@kstorrer I like Sabai, but I'm looking for a small sofa 70-72 inches wide. Also Burrow. They have loveseat, but I want something larger than a loveseat. Article seems yo have good sofas. Labor Day sales on some furniture sites. Forget Mayfair, too hard.
Did you need to return the shredded foam half of the seat cushion?
Yes. They want you to return the cushion liners (the white fabric case that goes over the foam cushion and has all the foam pieces in it). They don't want the foam cushions or the pillow inserts. 7:57 shows what you don't need to return. Let me know if you have more questions!

They count on buyers not wanting to mess with a return since it takes time. And good luck if you are unfortunate enough not to have kept the original shipping boxes.
It was definitely a bit of work to get it returned. I agree a lot of people will miss the return deadline or not save the boxes which is what they want to happen!

It is the Ashley Altari sectional. I bought mine at Nebraska Furniture Mart and it was cheaper than at Ashley.com. I paid $700 so watch for a sale!

I think it's comfortable. You don't sink into it, it's a bit firm but I tend to prefer that in a sofa.
