Water is extremely fertile.My buddy lives in Destin Florida,but drives here every weekend because the fishing is so much better.It’s technically a Sound,so you don’t get the wave action of beaches further East.
The schools are pretty good education wise. The private school I go to is right there and we are above the nation average in test scores. Living here is fun and peaceful but on Saturday nights I. Old town can be kinda crazy

it was about 60 degrees F. It rarely freezes
The beach is nice, but we always thought the water was real iffy. Lord, there doesn't seem to be a town there at all.

The schools City and County are great n my opion so is Pass Christian in Harrison County.
