Thanks I fixed the title now and it being called a headache was because of the enemy that does the weird thing with their head

Well, that "Thing" is just the parasite inside of them bursting out. It's more powerfull than any weapon or enemie in this part of the game, later there will be a stage 2 parasite which is instakill and a stage 3 which is powerfull, has two phases and is not instakill in any of them

Well that's good to know going forward that the enemies get more chaotic
