Hello Ovais, I see you are looking for similar audience substitute or solution to make it work.
But what are going ahead with ?
I'm also stuck on this for my client.
There are some audience which audience team creates for me using adobe.
They create Lookalike for me.
But not possible for all.
What options do you have in mind or working on?
If you can share that would be very helpful.

They have optimised targeting which doesn’t let you exclude 1 party data list you put in to get similar audience.
