Hi Saravanan. Both fields are great places to be. And if you get into It or fintech firms as a marketing person and if you are in the right city (tier A) then you can fall into 8-10lpa bracket.
The only downside I see with Digital marketing vs Development career is lack of onsite opportunities. If you wish to settle down abroad go for coding. Otherwise this should do
