    I worked in Berlin for 6 months in 2019 and, yes, you have to learn German, if you want to have social interactions and find more jobs, even if a lot of companies are "English-based". But it's shocking, at least for me, I never thought you would go back to Dubai so quickly. Germany is considered one of the best countries, especially if you are Italian (bureaucracy and high taxes at its best)

    Dubai Vs Germany
    The decision is based on what's important to them!

    And especially a convince seeker Dubai is very convenient.

    As a German, these are my words. We need motivated & skilled people, also from abroad, but the system doesn't give them a reason to come. That's why the country is going downhill. High taxes, unnecessary regulations, horrid amounts of bureaucracy, + a very negative attitude towards immgrants if you live outside of Berlin. It's just frustrating...

    Ps: I also run a startup digital marketing agency in India and Dubai and believe me, the scope and growth I got in Dubai was unmatchable! People there are willing to try new things and open to experiments. Bro, you have landed in the wrong place. Seems like you haven't done your homework before moving to Germany. Especially after living in Dubai people can't settle anywhere in the world. I lived in Dubai for 12 years then I moved to Portugal and left Portugal within 1 year for the UK. The lifestyle that Dubai offers is not available anywhere in the world, I can tell that confidently. But then again as you said you can't be in one place forever, Dubai makes people lazy & people are quite detached from reality. Life in any European Country is only fun when you know the Language. And you have to slow down coming out from Dubai seems like the rest of the world is sleeping in daylight.

    there s no general rule, but have made your choice in choosing the places and you are lucky you can, first of all,
    i think your decision is led by ambition or greed, ie to have as much cash as possible in the short term...you could have grown very well in germany also as a selfemployed, but you ve focussed more on taxes and social environment...if you d have had a better consultant and would have not focussed only on your courses but on the potential of the market, which has a client pool muuuch huge than in uae, you would have had a bigger success...
    ...it is also the age, you ll regret the wocial services and another kind of security when you ll be older...

      By the way “free healthcare” isnt free at all. It’s mandatory to pay monthly for private health insurance and many times you have to pay extra for the services because the insurance doesn’t cover the costs. Is that free healthcare? I don’t think so.

    Being an Indian, what's your opinion on the cruel exploitation that happens to Indian labourers? Their passport gets seized forcefully and put into inhumane living conditions. All those tall buildings are standing on the dead bodies of our Indian brothers. If I'm wrong, I'd be happy to change my opinion.

      No one forced them to come to Dubai. Check with other western countries if they even let them in.

    • @ayaz372
      @ayaz372 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      Yes, Dubae / Oman passport capturing & not able to change jobs without employer's consent is extreme exploitation And it should be called out more.
      Bro same can be said for Europe/US since they are also exploiting cheap 3rd world workers & resources through multinational companies. Global South's 80% of population is basically working for Global North.
      Look at textile workers strike at Bangladesh from last 6-8 months as an example

    • @ayaz372
      @ayaz372 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@user-lg5df8br7dBasically western countries have forced in a way. They colonized 3rd world for centuries & also took all the resources. They are still controlling many countries (not India btw) through IMF & other foriegn loans/aid.

    • @AkashDas-bm1bc
      @AkashDas-bm1bc 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@ayaz372 I agree. Exploitation of poor happens in India as well. When you talk about Us or European countries, people who are stuck there are mostly those who enter there illegally. By no way it justifies the cruelty on them but it's a totally different story.
      However, the degree of exploitation is something else in UAE as per my knowledge. Funny things is that they use Indian travel influencers to boost their tourism and take advantage of poor labourers from India.

    3:35 "unless you are literally dying" i want to make one thing clear. yes you can not just walk into an hospital and demand a specialist if it is not an emergency. for me personally it makes sense. if it is not an emergency but you need a none basic specialist appointment you have to talk to your "house doctor" first, i think "family doctor" is the actual english term. your family doctor then arranges you other appointments. if he/she thinks it is nessecary even a prioritized appointment. in my case, i got every appointment i asked for so far.
