That sounds so fun, but I feel like I would just get kited without Stridebreaker. Perhaps situationally.
base on situations, but with melee this is normally what you should build first

You can still do this with stridebreaker
I sometimes build titanic on Darius. I just don't all in people without ghost. I bet if you took ghost on sett it would make titanic viable

with titanic hydra u should build heartsteel, with stridebreaker u can skip the heartsteel and be less tanky, but faster

It works on Jhin, Makes you shot 2 bullets at once, Recommended to use it on jhin on the 2 last hits.
Hidra Is against 3 melees, strikebreaker against 3 ranged

I was so sad when the tiamat actives were removed I liked auto cancelling on WW a lot for some reason
ONLY DO THIS IN MELEE ENEMY TEAM COMP. If there are champions like cassiopia, teemo, or really any ranged champions in their comp, you will have an extremely hard time existing. Building titanic means you can't go stridebreaker.

not always, especially if u building heartsteel. With stridebreaker u can ignore this item, but with hydra u need heartsteel to have much more damage from hydra active

Not for the damage bro , when u olay against high mobility champs or ranged champs they’re gonna kite you , without stride breaker it doesnt matter if u’re 0/4 or 19/1 u’re getting kited to oblivion.

Sett gets easily kited due to his lack of mobility but stridebreaker fills that gap by providing bonus move speed. Also the atk spd stat is also highly beneficial to him.
