      @@notlisztening9821 well technically in the clip Kayn has no way of really knowing where Katarina went, and if Azir had backed and returned to lane at the right time Katarina would still be pinned in lane and there would have been no reason for Daruis to rotate to the blue buff. Still not a reason to blame your team mates, and Kayn did try to run away as soon as he crossed the wall and saw the two enemies, as far as he knew Katarina could have gone to dive his bot lane or help with dragon which I think would be safer assumptions. but I also have never been in Diamond so idk if rotating to kill a jungler on their buff is normal at that elo cuz it isn't in silver XD

    Warwick matchup into Briar, i invade her bluebuff with my team before Spawn, force her off, take her blue and immediately go mid where i kill the enemy Zed for my Katarina. Wave is slowpushing into her, she got tp, enemy doesnt. I go to farm Raptors, while she is spam pinging me and messing up her wave big time. She takes a dumb back after it, dies to the lvl 3 zed, tilts, only insults in chat and runs down mid and other lanes from there on.

    The mistake players make is queuing lol.. We're essentially opting to play a game that will give us a random teammates, random roles, and if you try to leave you get penalized. The more you get penalized the harsher it gets. Would anyone watch Worlds if the players got random roles?
    The fact we lose the same LP as two teammates who are 1/8 and 0/10 by 12 minutes is insane.
    The fact we opt to play a role and don't get it but have to play anyways is insane. "it's fair because it happens to everyone" That's insane.
    Maybe implementing some form of group searching tool for 5v5 flex MIGHT offset the randomness of this, but that doesn't exist from what I understand?
    Watch a Gold/Plat player climb through bronze and silver. It is depressing despite technically being more skilled.
    It's not as painful when a diamond or higher climbs through but it's still noticeable.

  • @Ebamber3

    I have a very simple rule when I'm jungling
    I'm the jungler, I decide when someone gets a gank or a jungle objective gets done
    So, if I'm not playing a jungler that can dive and the enemy is pushed up against turret, you're not getting a gank no matter how much you want one - it's my time you're wasting if that 50/50 doesn't work
    If an objective is up but I don't know where the enemy jungler is, we're not taking that objective until we find them, I don't care if you've got prio I'm not risking leashing an objective for another jungler
    If you get ganked and I'm on the other side of the map, I'm not counter ganking I'm invading to see if I can steal any camps or soloing an objective
    Yes it's selfish, but I know the jungle better than my lane main teammates do; so I'm confident that my calls are better than theirs when it comes to jungle macro

    My biggest complaint about league is.... The I can carry but currently aren't so I'm going mid as ADC and now mid no longer gets safe first tower farm now it goes to the 40+ less farm and behind adc over the even or far ahead mid lanner. Now mid needs to either share xp and steal all the gold making the ADC and your self slowly fall behind in xp and make your ADC 100% more useless. Or go risk going to the bot lane with the inability to push lane out with out safety. Behing that tower is either down or a fed duo still there, i think its a healthy thing for players to learn a little about being fine with being carried if you already screwed yourself in a lane. Or worst if you get trolled and are now behind and now must play like it rather than coming in to other lanes that are there and take all that lanes lead away. Learn when to see you are now a body to take damage for a carry and when you are the carry. What can make this worst is when the support decides ADC is bad so I'll go take that top or bot cs rather than giving it to the mid or top. feeding into mid now has no where to go and loss's all lead and adc makes no gains.

    So, haven't played LoL in years (always solo queue because everybody I knew quit LoL way before me). Did Riot make chat not a thing anymore already?
    Because honestly, I can take losing a game because our team did badly. It's a game, it's supposed to be like that.
    What made me quit LoL was most of the games I was playing started to feel like they were decided 5-10 minutes in by which team started flaming each other first.
    I wasn't feeling good even when I won, because I could see the enemy team trolling, and that meant I would win regardless of whether I was playing well or not. At some point, I realized I wasn't having fun anymore because both winning and losing felt bad.

    I think objectives are great for forced fights. At low elo if a team puts higher prio on objectives they usually win. When im on a team that just gives objectives we pretty much always lose. As a jungler im used to taking objectives solo but im risking their jungler interrupting me at low hp, winning the 1v1, and stealing the objective. But when I have even 1 teammates that cares about objs it makes a world of difference. Also the timing of objectives seems perfect for fights in between laning pushes

    • @OneTwoPeanut

      imo what's better than that is the support or ADC players that will make the invade call for you on jg, especially when you're playing a jungler that's useless without gold and levels and they just walk in by themself and die like idk if they get tilted because nobody is coming to their idiotic call so they decide to just run it down into the enemy jungle instead of just backing off and then of course I'm at fault for the support/adc dying because I didn't go to an invade call that I didn't even ping for. most of the time they're a hook champ like pyke or thresh and they think just because they can hook your team will win lvl 1.

    One of the most frustrating things by far as an adc main is having a support who thinks they're supposed to hit the minions AT ALL TIMES. This used to not bother me much a long time ago before I knew how wave management works but now it's one of the most infuriating things a support can do. They just auto the minions or sometimes even spam abilities on the wave whenever they can because I guess in their mind they think "well that's just what you're supposed to do in lane!" When in reality the support needing to hit the minions outside of proccing their support item is only the case for certain scenarios, but they don't even know that. I love support players who know their role and do what they can to execute on it, but supports who don't understand how wave management works or recall timing are the absolute worst. I got griefed by one support recently where me and the enemy adc traded kills, but their support and adc died, where only I died, so my support sees a big minion wave and decides to recall instead of shoving real quick to crash the wave while the enemy adc is dead. What we end up with is the enemy adc having plenty of time to soak the exp from the entire huge minion wave and having a sizeable exp lead for the rest of the lane. My support clearly thought that only kills matter and just didn't even think to crash the wave until I told him but by then it was too late. Now it's fair to say I could've played better individually to avoid the situation of having to rely on my support to do the correct thing, but still, it's just very tiresome getting supports to have no clue of the responsibilities of their role. Meanwhile the enemy support makes sure to always prevent the wave from crashing and freezes it for their adc whenever they can.

    • @OneTwoPeanut
      @OneTwoPeanut 22 วันที่ผ่านมา

      This is so relatable, I have two different friends that I play ADC with, one is Iron and one is high diamond and the difference is like night and day. I have to practically yell at my Iron support friend to stop hitting the wave constantly and to no reengage a fight with the enemy bot lane duo+jungler after I get killed and he still almost every time I guess thinks 'I can hit them with one more ability for 20 damage' and dies under tower for free. Meanwhile the Diamond Support I play Clash with knows exactly when to push waves for a crash, when to not hit wave and even when to leave lane to roam at good times while I'm getting safe free farm under tower so I can get that delicious solo gold/xp. I'm not even an ADC main i'm a mid main but I usually end up getting shoved into bot when playing with friends.

      Both, if one or two people are making a bad call then you leave them. If you know that something puts a win condition in danger, stay away from it. But not grouping with your team can also significantly lower their survivability rate along with their chance of success on a play that is going to happen with our without you. And every situation is different. Experience and game knowledge will help you distinguish which is which. If you’re low elo it’s probably best to stick with your team when they are grouped and leave one or two people making a mistake alone.

    While I agree that supports should roam when they aren't needed bot, the problem with low elo is that alot of adcs don't know how to farm without their hands being held. If you try to roam even with the wave in a good state for you to roam they spam ping, get tilted and then grief your game. So I personally stay in bot when I can see that I have an adc that doesn't know wave management or positioning because otherwise they uber feed then spam ping that it's all my fault and try to get the enemy to report me for griefing as well.

    • @Chrissi33004
      @Chrissi33004 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      yeah its really hard if the adc doesnt know the wave is pushing back and he can chill for a bit. Often times they greed for one minion and die for it, spam ping the support roaming. Bonus points when your roam didn't end up being the gamewinning mega play

      @@Chrissi33004 yeah I appreciate the validation of knowing me ignoring bad plays and trying to play "correctly" has been the right calls. Practically though that rarely works in low elo games because you are playing with people that don't understand and go from 0-100 in milliseconds if you don't back their bad plays. I tried to improve my positioning and macro alot last year when I was playing daily alot but it feels bad to try to do that and get griefed for it, ie Zyra top taking jungle camps and abandoning lane because jungle couldn't gank with them shoving the wave the entire time.

    • @wchye9734
      @wchye9734 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      This is exactly why you are in low elo then. You need to just mute all and stick to a play you decide even if it makes your ad angry. Because if your play really was correct and roaming in X position and Y map state is correct your ad shouldn’t die to anything that’s obvious. Then you get more map pressure and impact. Like you are responsible for your own play so if you get tilted of pings either mute them or get good enough to where it doesn’t matter to you. Don’t get me wrong this happens even in masters but at the end you need to be making the “best plays” not just the safest or one that seems ok or good at the time

    • @premieress2623
      @premieress2623 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@wchye9734 you missed the point of my comment entirely. The adc does die to obvious things, they shove the wave under enemy turret when they are alone then die. I do mute all and when they spam ping I mute. I can put pressure in both solo lanes, help jungle taking top obj and any camps they go for up there and my adc will still full shove their wave and die, tilt off it and grief the game. What you have said I should be doing I have tried doing but I'm also rarely in straight solo games so it's very difficult to win games when your adc who is in a trio tilts and and gets their teammates to completely grief games. I've never said I play perfectly but I spent the better part of last year trying to get better at macro, positioning, etc and it sucks still trying to do what I know I should be doing and having teammates not understand that. I get your point but I've lost too many games to adc griefing off this as support to not want this to happen every single game.

    On the topic of "objective focused" people in low elo, I'm in about mid bronze rn, peaked silver last split, and play with a Clash team that's roughly Diamond, I had an enemy team in a flex game literally throw the game to get one dragon, idk if they were thinking they wanted to contest us getting soul but the entire enemy team went through our vision in the bot side jungle to go take dragon, and they got it completely uncontested because we were already most of the way up mid lane with a minion wave to take their open nexus that they didn't leave ANYONE to guard and none of them could back fast enough to stop it. No. Fiora has no Tiamat, the only way that 1 plate is worth the tempo loss is if she can clear the wave thats already under shens tower. Otherwise Shen will have time to push in the lane and will have prio for the river. If Fiora backed when the wave was crashing, she can arrive back before Shen can fully push in the wave. Shen has to decide then to finish the slow pushing wave with item disadvantage, or sack the wave and help river. Fiora can set up a freeze either way, coz he has item advantage and a broken a,ss champion, but no brain.

Snowballing to gold at level 34, and plat by level 40. SIck of it. Riot has no answer to stop it. This game is overrun with alt account players that discourage true noobs from learning ranked play. But still, the Shen ult would have gone off because the enemy ADC came forward when Rakan went back. If Rakan had pushed, the ADC would have hidden behind the tower, and they surely would have got the enemy ADC, so it might have been a 2-for-2 trade. But if Shen E'd (taunted) two of them, it would have been a 3-for-2 trade. So it's hard to judge - it still depends on the players' micro and skill.

I, as a jungle main (granted i am only emerald) would much rather play towards a winning lane EVEN if they are pushing permanently. We can still dive. We can still invade their side of enemy jungle. We can still get free objectives on that side of the map. Actually diving a lane that has a 3 stacked wave going to enemy tower is one of the most GUARANTEED ganks you can do. I'll ping objectives as a reminder, yes, but it's only to bring attention to /something that will happen soon/. For me, it's not a "ping ping ping we need to be ready to do this" ping, it's a "this thing is happening soon in the game, prepare if it MAKES SENSE".
    I feel like it should be understood that pings DO NOT mean a forced action must occur and that seems to be the view in the point that was made in this video. I get pings from team mates all of the time and ignore them if they don't make sense. Why shouldn't I assume others view them the same way? If an obj makes sense, let's do it. If it doesn't, let's not.
    I definitely watch the objs so I can ward the area early so that we have an understanding of what's going on around it, that's my job but that by no means means we HAVE to do anything around it?

      @TheNerdArmory That’s fine, but that might be your case, normally it isn’t like that. The issue are not the pings themselves, the issue has to do with the mentality, if you don’t have that mentality, that’s nice, but many players do, and those mentalities ruin games.

      @@hehexd832 that's not how communication works. That's just making orders. I think you're fully outing yourself as the person he's talking about :s

    Froze the wave and recalled in the bush.
    Recall completed and I check the map for the wave.
    And support cast Lucent Singularity on the entire enemy wave...

    No, my allies do NOT have the right to expect that I will execute on their ideas just because I'm in the area unless I actually communicate that I'm going to do so.

    I agree with everything other then the bot lane analysis. Bot wave is pushing. Jinx is one hp with no sup to peel her. Pushing the wave and diving with 3 stacked waves is 100% better. Also doing this resets the turret aggro and possibly even denies shen ult
