As a northern new yorker who struggles to dissect these tough adirondack lakes, even just today, this video rocks!!!
I hear the ones that aren’t bass boat accessible are better
As a northern guy… this is pretty classic bass fishing. Always frustrating watching Southern guys just beat banks in 2 ft of water crushing em and it just doesn’t work that way up north….
Spot on. East coast upper New York Lake Champlain or West coast Columbia River Basin ,Tillimooks Cape Mears to Lake Washington, Silver Lake for instance just don't get the sun . I always hit the west bank in the morning for the sun in 15, 20 feet in to the bank and the east bank towards evening because the prevailing west winds constantly drive bait fish east as the day progresses and northern bass chase the sun all day but in deeper water. They don't go shallow till sunset north of the 42nd Meridian . Been my 55 years experience anyway. Now I'm in Austin and it's basically opposite lol
Love the videos man! Especially love seeing these new ones, and then rewatching old videos for more specific tips and tricks. Can’t wait for the next one in the series.
I haven't watched it yet but I can tell its gonna be good.
Always have an ear for new tips. Another solid video! Thank you
I love the tips keep up the great work

Aswome video man keep up the great work im currently on vacation in Tennessee and my goal in life is to catch a fish in every state in the united states and i just marked the state off the list thanks for the great info man
This was literally one of my video ideas from the Hairy Jig video! Woohoo!!!
I haven’t fished in almost 20 years. Picked bass fishing back up a few months ago and I absolutely sucked. Couldn’t catch squat. Started watching your vids and learning techniques and got some of the lures you use and I caught 13 bass in like three hours last week . Thank you for sharing your knowledge so ppl like me can enjoy fishing again.
That’s so great to hear frank!!
Love your videos!
Thanks for the tips keep up the good work and never give up
Whoever edited this video did an awesome job

Looks like every time I am fishing here in my state. Over just a few from NY.

Welcome to NJ fishing! :)
I like the Austen Powers reference there lol

Thanks Robert!
I love the intro song
Give it to me baby! Hahahahahaha
Video on the sp pro soon?
Love how your video shows days you struggle and days you’re hot. Way to keep it real. 🙏🏼👍🏼
Always real around here!
Would love it if you would do an updated rod and reels video. Your gear has changed since 2019. It was very helpful but all Lews gear. I'm looking for a spinning, heavy, extra fast, 7.4 or 7.6 rod for top and punching. I did not like the Lews rod I found, but it was not the one you suggested. Still looking. Got the 65lb braid. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and keep it coming please? Oh and I love 100 ponds. Super cool.
I will make that when I get home in the late summer
Wow I started when you did on the fish counter and I’m at 716
Hey! 1987 was a great year! LOL🤣
Haha
So I've realized you have talked about the outcast tackle cage fighter. Why don't you use the stealth fighter jig also??
Stealth is a grass first jig, not a wood or Dock first jig. I use the stealth a ton around deeper grass
Was wanting to see how Tyler was going to break down new bodies of waters!
Well now you have it!
You should try to fish in Iowa
When’s the thousand islands video droppin?
Do you have any tips on finding offshore grass aside from just driving around?
Nope. Gotta put time behind the wheel graphing a ton
@@TylersReelFishing Darn😂 this Florida grass can die in a month and ur hours of idling are gone but it can win some tourneys so
Ok ONE more TRF video
The banks on my lake are extremely shallow. Very frustrating because I prefer shallow cranking. What do you do on shallow lakes?
All depends on time of the year. Usually, I find the deepest shallow I can get and pattern that. If not, long casts with light line covering water
I miss fishing. The next best thing is watching you fish
I’m glad you find my adventures fun!
fish into the wind !
Yeah but those northern lakes are so easy to catch bass on. We need a video from a lake like chick, or Guntersville. Good info though.
Most of the videos on my channel are on pressured Texas lakes
Haven’t watch the video yet but I’m hoping he throws a swim jig
That first smallie looked like a East TN Bass.
Yeah I know
is that tupper lake
No
Tyler 2 min fish landing violation
Booo
I’m going to lie eufaula and I’m going to use this video
I question if either all or most of the fish will hit the same lure/presentation at the same time. In another one of your vids you stated, "Just because you caught a bass on a particular lure doesn't mean that's the correct lure all the time. Change up."
You’re correct with quoting my words there. “Patterning” is finding a lure for a situation, and then applying that all around the lake. You may find multiple patterns throughout the day, so of course multiple lures could work simultaneously
Lots of great info as usual but way too many commercials, especially the unnecessary pop ups
Did you get 1,000 fish last year?
I did not. 936 I think
Darn! Hey that 924 more fish than I caught haha
You said thunder chicken
Correct, it's a joke. Lots of folks in the industry call it a thunder chicken
The only tip I disagree with it following other boats, I mean if they move off the area and you wanna go check it out after, no harm no foul, but dont be the dude that parks 10 ft away on a 1000 acre lake. You can also look at where they are on a map and find similar structure elsewhere. The most satisfying thing about fishing to me is figuring it out on my own and not just following guys around like a lost puppy lol.
