My travel ball coach had us do this all the time, but we could only switch to lefty/righty and back once per at bat
This is not necessarily true. A righty blocks the view and throwing lane of the catcher down to third. So it’s better for a righty to be in there and move last minute to get out of the runners way.
I can’t be the only person that’s dying just solely due to the fact that they are on the phone during the game.
I love how quickly the third base coach jumped on the rock-paper-scissors.
When other teams play us they’re prepared for anything to happen 😂

The level of athleticism it takes to make such a difficult sport like baseball and just make it a genuine game and have fun with it while still performing in game is wild.

I am from Knoxville, TN. Naturally i am a University of Tennessee fan. Our baseball team gets so much crap from people for having fun with the game. Them having fun is probably one of the reasons why they are so good this year. I love seeing this stuff. Keep it up Bananas. 🍌

No way in hell will a manager allow players to do stuff during the game like switching sides every pitch. Some of the other stuff sure, like playing Rock Paper Scissors and stuff while the play is dead, but not while it’s live

I don't know if the rules have changed, but when I was umpiring years ago, you could switch until the first strike, then you were stuck in the position for the rest of the at bat! That was fun to watch!

This reminds me of the team that Kurt russels dad owned. I believe his name was Bing russel and the team was Portland mavericks. They would bring brooms and sweep the roof of the dugouts if they were crushing the other teams. Look it up. Just good old fashioned baseball and fun.

Trust me , the umpire noticed the switch. You don’t get to that level and not notice. The only reason that he didn’t say anything is because it’s legal.

I was a switch hitter. The rules were for me you can switch for different innings, not same inning or AB
