Tana Basics: Nodes and References

In this video, Tana ambassador R.J. Nestor explains how nodes work in Tana. Nodes are the individual units in Tana-any information you enter will be into a node. You can reference nodes in into OTHER nodes in a couple of different ways, which is explained in the video. How do I delete the reference please?. I've searched other sources, but the Ctrl + Shift + Del that I'm seeing doesn't seem to work. This was really helpful, as I had some confusion before.
