thank you replaced evaporator and tx valve on the weekend took me five hours also replaced two actuator motors at same time could not have done it without your video to find all the hidden screws air cond place wanted $1800 the parts cost $223 plus gas big saving for a few hours work
My blower motor kept running after turning the car off. Jump back abit. I had a screaching noise when starting the car. Top radiator hose changed had a leak.Screaching sound stopped. Soon after blower motor for air con kept running. I blead the air out of cooling system and blower motor works and stops when i turn the car off. I also found a thing to do to realing the actuators in your air con
A stupid question, but i am about to try so the same tomorrow so i can clean the evaporator. So… am i to assume that it have to empty the gas first or is there a way to close a valve on the tank somewhere?
You are fantastic for making this video... still a bugger of a job , but I would have NO CHANCE without you! I I couldn't get it out still after pulling and pulling - hint find all the screws - there is another behind the bottom tab going into the centre console - he doesn't show screwing it out but he does point to it. Q do you have replace the tx valve washers / o rings?
the controller is nowhere near what u are pulling out it merely costs 40.00 aus dollars at super cheap auto its a Chinese fault that HOLDEN dont want you knowing hence they charge u in excess of 2000.00 aus dollars typical chinese fault defect Holden dont want to fix

Can u remove the fan housing without removing the gas pipes?
