    Great points Patty. One I’ve been working on is trying to stop beating myself up over things. And also trying to stop the self criticism & self judgment. I grew up in a narcissistic family which is the basis for most of my trauma and even though the bipolar & ptsd may trigger a negative self image, I’ve been working hard not to let that carry on into the times when the bipolar and ptsd isn’t active. I try to tell myself there are enough voices in my head hating on me, I don’t need to add to them when I can avoid it.
