    You guys should look at the Scraper Bucket attachment. If you want to cut hard packed clay and dirt, the Scraper Bucket will do it with out having to rip it. So many of these videos show a skid steer with a dozer blade on it pushing fluffly dirt, but never the hard packed.

    I love what Case did here so much that I looked at swapping my 120F ASV until I saw it was 270k CAD... A hundred grand more than the 135 ASV. I know the chassis is different but I couldn't justify the price difference. There are plenty of dozers in a higher class out there lightly used for 50 to 80k and I'd have the option of a second machine. Had this been in the realm of the new rt135 I would have taken the plunge.

    Nice looking machine but why not just get the CAT 953 with 4in1 bucket then you wouldn't have to change bucket to blade plus the size of it makes it hard for most skidloader work or compact 259 289 299 would be my choice for skidloader but the 953 or 963 with rippers and 4in1 bucket would be my choice plus the hauling factor with a truck and trailer or GVW

      @TheWallsocket ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Because a cat 953 with a 4in1 bucket isn't a dozer and can't do things a 6 way dozer blade can do, like cutting trails with correct slope for drainage. This is a dozer with the capability to use common skidsteer attachments, you're comparing it to machines that are built as loaders. If you don't need a 6 way dozer blade obviously this machine isn't for you.

      @@TheWallsocket they dig basements move dirt open the bucket you got a blade a drag box and loader you clear brush grab logs with the 4in1 bucket but if you say so I've used the 953 for many things grading cutting filling loading

      @@bradkaberline5828 and then you have two machines, a skid and and a small dozer. No this thing isn’t for everyone but for certain people, it’s goin to fit their operation perfectly. As for your 953 comment, that 4 in 1 bucket used as a blade isn’t going to push 1/4 what an 8ft dozer blade is going to push nor does it have 6-way function. Switching attachments takes less than a minute, not that big of a deal

    • @bradkaberline5828
      @bradkaberline5828 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@robo1210 I'd have to see the cost the considering the haul weight do the math at which point probably be cheaper just to use or get a dozer a small to mid size D4 or 5 not saying anything bad but I could not see buying a skidloader that is to big to get in some spots that all not saying anything bad bit you could only use it on wide open jobs what if you got in tight spots it just would not be a skidloader like say in some yards or side walk just some factors I would look at I mean if that's what yout looking at the dozer part of it for pushing dirt it would probably be best just to use a dozer. It would be hard to pay it self off if you could only use it on big jobs not compact skidloder work

      The Minotaur DL550 weighs in at more than 18,000 lbs.
      Manufacturers rarely disclose equipment pricing to the trade press. I would suggest contacting a CASE dealer for more information!
