It seems silly, but this song and in general the devourer of gods is a hope and a great motivation in my daily life
For me he is more than just a simple character, he is more of an idol, someone that I admire for his power and that his theme along with his image managed to maintain my personality and overcome this damn depression of years...
I can't describe the feeling this song invokes in me, neither the picture I imagine while listening to this song. But I know for a fact that this is.... AMAZING

Shorty after the defeat of the devourer. holy. religous figures and gods surround the group...they cast some sort of spell..warping them to what seems to be a street with buildings...a paraid has started. the theme of victory plays out in every single soul the devourer has consumed. the group is rewarded with something..
This invokes a feeling of depression, like what I felt fighting this boss

while I'm not 100% on the originality or ethics of this, I genuinely think this is on par or maybe a tiny bit better than the original at some points. makes it feel more grand.
