What kind of bikes do you usually ride on trails like this? I have an Evil Offering LS, curious if it could handle this kind of terrain or if I should get a DH bike as well.

DH forsure, these parks are so much more intense in person
I rode these same trails this summer (not the huge drop) on a 2020 Norco Sight and had a blast.

All of this is possible on an Enduro bike dont let them make you think you need a DH bike to do it
Evil offering would be absolutely fine on these trails. My bike has a 147mm rear shock and it's more than capable.
