This is the type of filming, riding, and still photo that I love about this channel!
Ayy fellow Mainer!
Dude I was hitting trails like that after three weeks of learning how-to mountain bike. Cos of this channel to, once you'd taught me how to preload, break, ride burns, kneel and stand up to the jump I was away.
Like a duck to water, a natural at age 49, I'm 50 now. My USA wife reckons I should turn professional, but I ain't interested in that at my age, lol.
Great video dudes.
God bless you all.
Cheers from Tasmania Australia, mate.. I really enjoy your videos as they are so authentic and informative. Plus, your videography is so crisp and easy to watch.
Thanks again. 👍🏻
So awesome to see you featuring Sol Mountain Lodge!! I've only ever seen it with 3+ m of snow on the ground so it was cool to see what the actual terrain looks like. The Cooperman's are amazing hosts and the staff and food is always incredible up there. We only started mountain biking a couple years ago but visiting there in the summer is definitely on the list.
Stumbled across your videos, now I am binging them...they are excellent! Definitely got a new sub here.
Story telling, scenery and riding all on another level. Another banger guys, good stuff
Skied at Sol Mountain. Can confirm the lodge and food are top notch. Can't wait to ride it.
The Trails near Sol Mountain Lodge look absolutely amazing! Miles of rock slab features and stunning scenery. Not going to lie I'd be riding round the drop at 20:03, sounds like yourseslf and friends had a great time there, I'm from Scotland and we have a similar feel (although not as big) trail called "Heartbreak Ridge" next to the town of Ballater. Thanks for sharing enjoyed watching! 😁🤙
That was amazing to watch!! A fresh take on this type of content. Well done… more of this please. Best regards
I love it when you guys, the cool mountain bikers do films like this this. Highlighting places and really show the really nice place it is. Thank you guys for doing it.
I have had the privilege to be able to go mountain biking up at sol, and you certainly do it justice. What an amazing place.
Best channel- super pumped I found it.
I've heard amazing things about Sol - thanks for documenting and sharing it with us!
Really nice filming and refreshing content compare to all the other MTB videos out there! Very nice job !
The is one of the coolest and underrated parks out there❤️🔥
Bummer on the drop! This video was pristine!!
Was up there for 3 days in 2022, it really is a different place to ride. Infinity is a beautiful trail, and they were building Beyond whilst we were there. Looks like I'll have to go back and ride it.
Great video! Love the story you've told along the way while showcasing the trails. Beautiful balance.
Been there in 2015. Amazing place! The beer lake was already up and running... 😊
I mostly watch TH-cam on my phone. Only on your channel there is so much difference in 1080p and 2160p. Most other channels the difference is hardly noticeable!
Cool video btw 🔥
What trails do you plan on doing? "To infinity and Beyond".
What a loop that is, amazing trails!! How long is the loop and how much climbing? Great video
You did them justice. Another great feature.
Great video hail to the trail builders!!
Looks rad, added to my list!!
"Follow the markers"
"Follow the rock piles"
Cairns! Cairns! Ryan! 😊
That Fat Tug IPA can on top of a mountain is story book stuff right there haha nice video
Damn - this looks perfect!
Looks amazing
Mint video. Big ups from Ireland. Accent noted 😂
its about 1am where i am rn and i have been filling my mind with film photography videos for the past 5 hours and finally watched something different, so tired that i didn't even realize this was an mtb video when i saw the leica
@The Loam Ranger I see Ibis HD6 enduro bike but have the dual crown forks which aren’t factory?? What are the forks your running and besides being more rigid what’s the benefit on this bike ?? Cheers 🍻
The fork is the Manitou Dorado. Definitely overkill for this bike, but I wanted to make a super fun park rig and this certainly did the job! I've got it back to a single crown now though.
Crazy place! So cool
Amazing place!!
What an amazing place to ride!!😮😮😮😮
Is that an M6? Great place and video, your really good bikers.👍
Dreamy location! 🙌
That’s so cool wish I was there
Gave you a thumbs up after 60 sec... Just because of the intro
love ur videos!
11:20 would not have happened with Transmission ;)
(i just recently swapped from XT to GX Transmission and Love it - you might want to do a piece on that)
either way, love your videos! keep em coming
Going into that ride, I knew the mech was a little off, so it wasn't unexpected haha. We can chalk this one up to laziness. I do have GX Transmission on my e-bike and I think it's perfectly suited for that use case!
Bad forest fires every year now unfortunately. And we’ve already had a drier than usual winter and a very dry May.
I recognize those beers. Be extra tasty up there.
Great stuff Ryan! You could have just taken the air out of his dropper so he could still have a seat rather than a nut killer.
Like the story and slow riding shots... However your camera at speed is very compressed at times....
Amazing video and even more amazing place, its just, why do you crunch your gears so much! It's Painful😭😭
In what context would a 180mm single crown fork be under biked for us mere mortals in the bike park? Are you really pushing the stiffness of the single crown to some breaking point and need a dual crown or do you just like the way it looks? They do look sweet.
Ya I wasn’t very clear there, was I. Being supported by Ibis means I was fortunate enough to have the choice between the HD6 and the Ripmo for this trip. For what I was doing in Revy, I would have been a bit underbiked on the Ripmo, but it would have been the perfect bike for Sol!
@@TheLoamRanger The HD6 pedals super well and isn't as sluggish on lower angle trails from what I hear so it sounds like you made the right call. Cheers
During the on bike footage my brain was fixated on “no gloves.” 🤓
The Koala muffs got beaten by the wind.
Instead of removing the seat post it may have been possible to just zip tie it in the closed position. If you aren’t carrying zip ties you may want to start!
Probably costs an arm and a leg to go there, but seems worth it
B7 RS4 - even more value than the F80.
How do I give a video more than one like?!!!
What was going on at 02:56? It looked like you threw a tool at biker but he was just ahead of you? So confused!
1 view after 39 sec bro really fell off
Yall need to come up with a new joke. This one has been milked dry.
