- 1 kg.- 1.2 kg. chicken (whole or thigh part)
salt
1.8 liters of water
1 kg. glutinous rice
chicken stock
2 and 1/2 tbsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. cumin
5-6 pcs. pandan leaves
2 pcs. laurel leaves
oil for sauteing
chopped garlic and onion
500 grams pork liver
3 pcs. chinese sausage (chorizo de bilbao)
1 med. red bell pepper
1 large green bell pepper
1 cup raising (soaked and drainedwith water)
1 chopped celery
1 big can green peas
sesame oil
liquid seasoning
fish sauce to taste
black ground pepper
5 boiled egg for toppings
