How has Disney forgotten this? This universe has so much creativity and passion behind it and it's perhaps one of the most unique worlds out there. Why has it been forsaken?
Because Disney writers only know how to rephrase original work with slight twists and refuse to add anything original that may expand the subject for fear that their audience isn't looking for anything truly new.

I remember listening to this song when I was 12 years old. I listened to it multiple times a year. Now I’m 21 and I still cherish this song. Time flies too fast... Being an adult is nice because you get privileges & you’re on your own. But I think I’d like to travel back in time and relive my childhood. I think it almost feel the same.. Go for a midnight ride, with a sportsbike to achieve that "tuck in" feel of a lightcycle, and hit the high rises street, or interstate highway. the passing streetlight would recreate some sort of a grid feeling
I'm a game developer and at the very beginning of development of my first game, one of the people on my team used this as our placeholder for the computer world we'd created. I've never seen this movie but I will always think fondly of this piece as the first music ever put to the world in my first ever game. We replaced it later with an original piece, but this always takes me back to hours of playtesting!
I saw the movie in theaters. I bought this movie on blu-ray the DAY it came out as well as a 40 inch LED tv, and a Samsung surround sound home theater system. I got home, hooked everything up, and watched this movie at damn near full volume. Incredible. Still watch the movie to this day. A sequel would ruin it.
