As an American, I was unaware of the news of poor Shakara. I simply came here to listen to a great song, but left with a whole new demeanor. I'm saddened to hear about the tragic death of this young man. I did not know him nor much about his country of Georgia, but the overwhelming support I see for him makes me deeply saddened for his family and people of Georgia. I understood this was his favorite song. All I have to say is, I will never look at this Daft Punk song the same way again... Rest in peace, Shakara.

I once heard that some years ago there were 2 spacecrafts going into space to never return: Voyager 1 and Voyager 2, carrying with themselves images and sounds from humanity form all around the world to be discovered by any intelligent forms of life somewhere in the universe. Wish they had included this masterpiece on it, to introduce them to human feelings, nostalgia, happiness, and everything in between. Just awesome.
No facial expression, no talking or singing, a loop and it still manages to make you feel the character's pain. Daft genius at work. They should teach this one in film schools.
It indeed is really good, but the music and video are completely unrelated as it's said in the description "I made a music video for "Veridis Quo" using clips from Daft Punk's 2006 film/short film". I don't know if it's simply dumb luck or if Electroma is a genius, but just thought i'd have to tell you that it isn't the oficial music video from Daft Punk.
The melody makes me sad, but the understanding that this was the last favorite music of a 19-year-old boy who was brutally killed, makes me even more sad,that I want to cry.

"You had every right to become bully, but you chose humility" - thats what my consultant said in my session. At first I did not take this statement seriously. But later, I wanted it test it, whether its true or not. I tried to remember everything that happened and why it happened. I isolated myself, and decided to study myself and even cure myself. But at the end I always stumbled to the wall that did not let me to do it. I was exhasted and I was furious to the whole world. I dont know how I ended up here. But I know why I am here. And the only answer why I did not become one of those "bad" personalities, because of my grandpa and how he raised me. And every time I listen to this music, I start to remember the day when he was gone and it softens my heart. Still remember how we buried him and the amount of people came to mourn him. That was worst period in my life. Break up, kicked out of school and this. But I did not wanted to be left like this. I worked and studied for a whole two years to get into my dream University. At the end I got into it. And now after four years, I am here realising that everything that I did was because of him and for him to be proud of me. But the truth is that my grandpa was always proud of me. I can see it in the videos of him and me with him and how he was treating me. The lesson is do everything how you want to do it, not how others want you to do. And love yourself as much as others love you and support you.

That was worst period in my life. Break up, kicked out of school and this. But I did not wanted to be left like this. I worked and studied for a whole two years to get into my dream University. At the end I got into it. And now after four years, I am here realising that everything that I did was because of him and for him to be proud of me. But the truth is that my grandpa was always proud of me. I can see it in the videos of him and me with him and how he was treating me. The lesson is do everything how you want to do it, not how others want you to do. And love yourself as much as others love you and support you.
