Adam made the comment that he wishes they had hours to speak to certain callers. Do it. Make special episodes dedicated to more in depth calls that deserve more attention. Who else would like to see this happen? 🤚

Me absolutely yes!!! I totally would love this. But we should pay for this service - I mean the one calling in and getting their matters dealt with.

You guys hands down provide the best health and fitness advice in the industry! I wish I found you guys years ago instead of following popular influencers who provide bad advice on changing your physique. You guys have taught me to take care of my body and to focus on proper technique and work on my weaknesses such as mobility. After buying Prime and Prime Pro I started feeling better each lift. After I bought Symmetry I fixed MANY imbalances I had and that broke my 8 year plateau on my big 3 lifts! After running Powerlift I perfected my form on the big 3 and have gained even more strength! I’m now running Performance and I am feeling more mobile and athletic as the Phases go on. Thank you for the great info and programming!!

Mindpump is dropping gold. I wish everyone would listen here. I've learnt this the hard way dropping from 115 KG to 70 KG using all calorie deficits and extreme cardio. I ended up being skinny fat and now struggling to fix this. I hope people look at the slow way since it is indeed the fast way. 🙏

Great informative podcasts I'm 63 in November had a life-long obesity issue. Battle every day with my goal of seeing abs, current fat was 2 months ago 16.9 % but put about 10lb body weight on lost all motivation. Currently on 3 weeks through hike on the Camino de Santiago eating lots of protein mainly eggs some cheese whole milk some fruit trying to reset and go home motivated. Your podcasts are really helping me which I listen to everyday. I do have BED binge disorder but coming at the moment. Would love one of your programs to try something different at the gym to help me. Thanks again guys 👍

I freaking LOVE listening you guys and do everyday…but this video is exceptional. Hearing the way you talk to women about increasing their calories is literally making me cry in my kitchen (I’m not a crier either). I’m almost 50 years old and have never heard this kind of conversation about food the way you talk about it. Thank you for this content! Thank you for making me feel like I can do this!

Was watching this episode and was scrolling through feeds at the same time. A Huberman video was on my TH-cam. The title was the best possible way to lose Body fat. So I clicked on it and they're telling us that time restrictive eating is the best possible way to lose body fat. There's no personalization in that statement. I think we have a long way to go before we can get the same message, it's needs to be personalized. I'm a fifty year old woman and Time restrictive eating is not at all what I should be doing in my life. Thanks to you guys I realized that ❤ I'm working out and feeling so much better.

You guys crack me up! I remember one time when I was about 9, I rode my bike to a friends house, but when I got there she was sick. So I turned around and came home, but my mom had left and I was locked out of the house! I rode my bike around the neighborhood, went to 7-11, stopped by the library. It felt like forever before I went back home and she was finally there. Good times! LOL

You guys give so much more than fitness advice. I’ve learned how to lift for strength from you, learned my way around a barbell, but also how to “be ok” with balance when I’m unwell. I’ve been progressively more fatigued and just “off” for the last several months and i started taking it easier on myself. I started MAPS 15 and am continuing some low intensity cardio/walking, but also thanks to you guys, I found and saw a good doctor (moved a year ago and didn’t have one here yet). I’m getting a full blood panel done next week, and oddly enough you three have encouraged me to face it and just learn what’s going on inside and take care of myself. I get discouraged but I always have y’all in my ear, “if you chase health, aesthetics will follow”.
I’m 37, my boys are 8 and 11, both athletes, and I plan to be keeping up with them for years to come. I’m not where i once was, but i have some healthy habits and admittedly good muscle building genetics in my favor, so I’m playing the long game.

Now im in PT for left hip and knee issues and forced to go super slow and easy and finding mindpump a couple months ago has really helped me mentally stay focused even tho the injury has been doscouraging. Down 14 pounds is mind blowing when im workin pt and eating double what i would have normally, and getting stronger. Thank u guys so much because this injury would have easily sent me to "the dark place" mentally without the consistent information and motivation.

You guys have been so motivating since I found your channel a few weeks ago. I started a couple months ago on a lifestyle change journey with the goal of losing 7 inches off of my waist and 4% body fat. I am not looking to loose weight so I mentally prepared myself that I would be giving myself 2 years to get there. That has honestly been the hardest part. However, I've already lost 2.5 inches and 1% body fat with no weight change. I keep in mind that 2 year process though!

My mind just got blowen a bit. The answer for question 2 kinda helped me. I don't have her problem, but I really tend to do too much. I want to focus on my dance training and I don't have energy left for strengh training when I do so. I now stopped strengh training so I can still contiune dancing, but I know it's not a long term solution. My goal is to gain strengh so that I can perform better in my sport. I do get stronger with only dancing, but it would make things so much faster, when I would also focus on muscle training. I'm now not really sure if doing less or more is better...(happy to hear any suggestions)

You have to want it. I am 50. My daughter and 3 yo grandson moved in. It kicked my ass to babysit. Cardio disease, Type 2 diabetic, Herniated disc pushing on my root nerve. Deep dived you tube. Found carnivore and intermittent fasting. 6-1-23 started at 215 lbs, 5' 9 ' Tall A1c 6.7. 40 days in I had lost 15 lbs. So added resistance training. As of 9-1- 23 185 lbs, diagnosed as non diabetic, off all meds, A1c. 5.1. My day starts at 4 am, stretching, dynamic stretches, and meditation. 7 am suns up, put in a 30 minute walk. 8 am, 30 - 45 m resistance and strength training. IF 18:6 meal plan. At noon do another 30 m work out. within 45 minutes eat 750 - 1000 calories of protein and fat meal, 6 pm 500- 1000 calories depending on the first meal. In bed by 8 pm asleep by 8:30 - 9 pm. Repeat. An inch growth on my arms 2 inches on my chest, minus 10 inches off of my belly circumference. due to visceral fat gone, and my liver is healthy and functioning normally. This is in a caloric deficit. At 175 lbs, will go into a caloric surplus, start trying to bulk. Gotta put the work in. Simple. Thank you for all y'alls content, has been a major component of my success. I know eventually my newbie gains will stall, will reformat and keep on grinding. Thanks, again.

Can confirm. In my experience you can lose weight as fast as you want (4-5lbs per week) by aggressive fasting. However as soon as you try to resume a normal eating pattern (no matter how good the diet) the pounds come right back.
I'm currently doing OMAD m-f and eating 2-3 times a day on weekends. I'm averaging about 1-2 pounds a week.

I think the US needs to implement calorie counting on the reciept of every purchase on fast food! I want the reciept to tell me my total of sale total of calories. I think it would be a better lil bit more tangible way to be accountable.

I've often wondered if Dairy intolerances is actually intolerances to the process it goes through
that Big Food/FDA have allowed corporations to be done, and corners to be cut...
like removing the healthy fats, as well as the homogenization/pasteurization process ect..
Are our bodies reacting negatively to the actual dairy, or reacting Naturally
to an Un natural substance that it doesn't comprehend....?

The data at this point is pretty clear on the health benefits of doing longer duration, low intensity cardio. Running a mile all out a couple times per week is fine, but it's not checking all the blocks. I'm 100% confident that you can reverse diet/bulk and still do cardio. In fact, it'll keep you healthier and better at partitioning your nutrients throughout the bulk. I know the first caller will probably never see this, but I highly suggest considering a bit more cardio, from a health & longevity perspective if nothing else. Very excited to hear ya'll interview Peter Attia - cardio is good!

My husband and I were fetal gen-xers that pretty much raised ourselves. The ultimate home alone story is my husband, from a family of 10, being left behind at Disney World because his parents didn't notice that he was missing. A few of his siblings did but they were fine with keeping it to themselves. As a young teen, he started walking back to the hotel by himself and it wasn't until he was halfway out of the park that he was intercepted by police. A few years ago we recreated the photo for his family.
