Also known as snake beans/long beans...it looks slightly different depending on the varieties grown. I prefer the more rounded and robust, greenish types. This one is flattish looking, greenish with yellow hues and is best for stew. I find this variety is more flavoursome.
Fresh vegetables are delicious, but dried vegetables have a fragrance that you can't experience with fresh vegetables. Especially after braising the meat, they are really delicious!
Cooking meat wth fresh veggies are good but cnt be stocked long time....dried veggies cooked at ur prior meat can be pickled or it will not easily spoiled...in some cases it can stay as long as 3months, good and delicious
