因为太穷、偶然发现、在市场买的包装咸梅菜干、用水洗净盐砂、突然有事做所以梅菜泡水泡多了好几个小时、回来再想煮菜内盐分都跑光了、碰巧还有瓶生抽鼓油、就想加一点、但一不小心连瓶盖也掉下来倒了太多鼓油生抽、感觉不加盐都应该够味够咸、当时也懒理了去市场也太夜、将就餐半餐无所谓啦、谁知一食才知两者混合原来是绝配👍👍、好食得肉钱也可以省了👍👍!当然后来也曾加过榨的猪油都好吃、梅菜干煮食是较耗油的、油水足自然更好吃
