Wow, I think pretty soon your collection might out number the Dice Tower Library!😅 The game you received that I have been intrigued to try is Vivarium.
Jeff I learned this when I worked at a bookstore, to remove the label/price tag from smth, just pour and rub in some lighter fluid on it, give it a couple of mins to set then you can peel it off without leaving any residue! 😊
So excited for the BGG series!! Especially since its solo. We need more solo content :-) Love this haul! My fave new game of GenCon was one I was anticipating but didn't expect to love it as much as I do (though it's hard!): Express Route. I already had Eila and have played it. My favorite old but newly discovered for me is Space Station Phoenix. I also enjoyed playing Power Plants, Roll Camera, and Genotype. I did events where I already had the game but didn't know how to play (vs only new games) and it was a great strategy for events. I now know how to play 6 games I already have - woot!
Great getting a chance to meet Jamie at the booth and Jeff while playing some games with your buddies! You two were very kind and are a wonderful presence in the board game space! Jeff, 2023 is the year the roar is restored and the Lions are going deep! Sky Team was my surprise hit and was able to get a copy for the Con. Glad you had a great time!

We were able to get a copy of Cosmotopus with the plushie bundle! He is adorable! We also were able to snag Sky Team, Barcelona along with World Wonders. We also picked up some small games here and there and some nice dice.
Jamie you need to get For Northwood if you like trick taking and solo games. Small box card game! Eila and something shiny will be interesting when you get to the end. Not what you'd ever expect.

Ohh I wanted Bonsai but we didn’t get to play until Sunday and it was way sold out by then. :( hope you guys enjoy it! Redwood is so beautiful and fun to play too. The guy said to shave down each side of the pegs (on the animals you move) a bit so when you are moving the animals it’s easier and you don’t accuse you destroy the cardboard. It’ll make sense when you play 😂
I bought Hellton Palace two weeks ago for my birthday and I’m still waiting for the package to arrive (should be here tomorrow). I’ve wanted it for a while but it wasn’t released in English until a few weeks ago. I barely ever play 2 player only games but I had to get that one.
I demoed Redwood at GenCon and immediately purchased it. It's really beautiful. Jeff, you're gonna love Tribes Of The Wind! With that said, that is a LOTTA games!

Those are some great Gearloc! Ghillie is my all time favorite and I love Nugget and Polaris is super interesting. Love the Unbreakable expansion. I cannot wait for Jamie playing Eila, but be warned. It ramps up in difficulty. And the story gets darker as well. I will not spoil it for you! Nice haul!
Yes to Lorcana content! Also I got the same foil Mickey card 😁 And Expeditions is so good. I demoed more games than I bought at Gen Con. I got to demo Disney Dixie at Gen Con, wasn’t able to get a copy, but theme is so fun. The two games I demoed and really liked were Disney Animated and the Fox Experiment. I was able to grab Queen by Midnight and I just assembled the clock tower and I’ll probably try it out tomorrow. And I was one of the people to wake up super early Saturday morning for some Lorcana. I’ve never been into TCGs, but now I’m hooked, and I tried Star Wars Unlimited and I’ll probably collect that one as well next year. It was really great to meet you both at the convention. Looks like you had a great time and a great haul video.

We love those little pack of gum sized games. You HAVE to try Nut from the same publisher (perplext) and designer (Chris Handy). We love that game! We are not able to travel and attend in person but we participated in Gen Con Online and demoed (and immediately pre-ordered) Tesseract from Smirk and Dagger Games.

Interesting to see the new Kinfire Chronicles: Delve game. I just got the Kinfire Chronicles Kickstarter a couple of weeks ago, and it’s one of the best games I have ever played. Right up there with Sleeping Gods.

FYI: TMNT Shadows of the Past came out before Change is Constant & City Fall. Its the same basic system, but like the first edition before it was tweaked (and then tweaked again for Batman). I'm glad you finally got it, hope you enjoy! Numbsters has been Number 1 (ha!) on my Button Shy want list for months now, so if you buy a dozen, save one for me. 8️⃣

the games im most excited i got were 3 ring circus, veiled fate, wild tiled west, and disney dixit. I was hoping youd pick up mythic mischief its still my favorite game followed very closly by root its amazing you should try it.
